WorldWater & Power Corp. is a developer of proprietary high-powered solar energy systems. The company provides technology solutions to a broad spectrum of the world's electricity and water supply problems.

WWAT is about to break through short term resistance at $0.42. It went up over 8% today on no news and volume as of late has been slowly building.

As energy costs move higher, more and more businesses and consumers will look to solar energy. Countries such as China are already looking at ways to assimilate renewable energy and water technologies into their fledgling infrastructure.

The company recently completed a $4.45 million round of financing that will allow it to grow its sales and have working capital.
