Stock Price: $6.46 (short-term strong buy)

TiVo, Inc. has been involved in the home entertainment arena since 1997 with their Digital Video Recorder that allows a television viewer to watch what they want, when they want.

TiVo has just locked in Charles Schwab as an advertiser on their technology. Charles Schwab has employed the celebrity of Phil Mickelson for the TiVo showcase.

TiVo recently announced that it has plans to deliver digital music to its subscriber base. To date, 43 million songs have been downloaded legally. The legal music download revolution was sparked by Apple iTunes.

Prices have been slashed for the TiVo DVR set-top box and subscription. This should bring in new TiVo subscribers while retaining the current base.

TIVO based around this level a month ago before running to over $9. We believe this sort of run could happen again in the near future.

SpeculatingStocks.com Target Price: By the end of summer, we expect TIVO shares to bounce over $9.00.
