SunOpta Inc. is an operator of high-growth ethical businesses, focusing on integrated business models in the natural and organic food and natural health markets.

STKL has three business units: (1) SunOpta Foods, (2) Opta Minerals and (3) SunOpta BioProcess, Inc.

SunOpta Foods specializes in sourcing, processing and distribution of natural and organic food products integrated from see through packaged products.

Opta Minerals is a producer distributor, and recycler of environmentally friendly industrial materials.

SunOpta BioProcess, Inc. engineers and markets proprietary steam explosion technology systems for the bio-fuel pulp and food processing industries.

STKL has begun to steadily move higher since around mid-February. STKL recently reported fourth quarter revenue of $245.5 million for the fourth quarter. Adjusted earnings for the fourth quarter of 2009 came in at $3.9 million.

STKL is trading at a market cap of only around $231 million. STKL traded as high as $15.50 in 2007.

STKL is trading right around its book value of $3.59. We believe the industry that STKL operates in will continue to grow. STKL could have significant potential from its current attractive price level.
