Overstock.com, Inc. is an online closeout retailer, offering discount, brand-name merchandise for sale over the Internet. Overstock.com has a direct business in which it buys and takes possession of excess inventory for resale. Overstock.com has similar merchandise offerings as Amazon.com.

OSTK right now has a market cap of $879 million while AMZN has a market of 18.55 billion. Overstock.com is much easier to navigate, provides cheaper products, and has lower shipping than Amazon.com. It is only a matter of time before Overstock.com becomes more widely shopped than Amazon.com. Amazon.com has become bloated and frustrating for online buyers. Personally, Overstock.com is a breath of fresh air.

Best of all, this company has the right CEO in Patrick Byrne to challenge AMZN and even EBAY in the long run. We are confident that this CEO will lead Overstock.com to the top. The company's, It's all about the "oh!" advertising campaign has given the site more of an identity.

OSTK is continuing to move higher after bottoming at $35 in late June. There is no doubt that OSTK will surpass its 52-week high of $77.18.
