Stock Price: $3.85 (short-term strong buy)

Net2Phone provides PacketCable, SIP and wireless VoIP solutions around the world. The company has routed billions of retail VoIP minutes globally, servicing more than 100,000 users in the US as well as hundreds of thousands more overseas.

IBM signed a billion dollar contract this morning involving VoIP, and VoIP stocks have been running ever since. NTOP came close to breaking out of its trading range today, and once it does, it will be off to the races. Money is beginning to pour back into VoIP opportunities. Net2Phone is one of the most well known small VoIP companies.

We expect Net2Phone's earnings release tomorrow to add fuel to the rally. Revenues for the most recent quarter were $21.1 million.

NTOP has a book value of $2.70.
