Nautilus, Inc. designs, develops, manufactures, and markets fitness products in the United States, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Germany, and China. Its fitness products include strength equipment, free weights, benches, treadmills and other equipment.

NLS has some of the best equipment in the fitness industry, yet the company is currently valued at only around $200 million. NLS has only around $2.95 million in long-term debt and its total assets outweigh its total liabilities by 2 to 1.

NLS reported better-than-expected first-quarter sales. The company's cost control efforts are also improving. The company could finish the year with little or no debt and positive cash flow.

Insiders have been purchasing shares of NLS. NLS has an excellent chart since bottoming near the $3.15 level during mid-March to late April. We believe NLS is ready to move again. NLS has support at its 200-day moving average of $5.66.
