JMAR Technologies, Inc., develops, manufactures, and supports advanced laser, sensor, and custom systems for applications in the semiconductor, biotech, homeland security and nanotechnology markets.

JMAR has strengthened their balance sheet significantly during Q1 2004 including a working capital increase from $2.4 to $12.8 million. Cash on hand increased to more than $10 million. $2.2 million in short-term debt was retired and shareholder's equity increased to $9 million.

JMAR is starting to focus more on nanotechnology and homeland security.

We believe the nanotech stocks are due for another huge run up. This includes JMAR, ALTI, NGEN, NANX, and TINY.

JMAR shares are above the $2 level again and may base until the next run up.
