Stock Price: $7.49 (short-term strong buy)

Interchange Corporation is a leading provider of local and national paid-search services. Their Local Direct(TM) search and advertising platform delivers geographically targeted search results to consumers.

Earnings are due out for INCX on Thursday, April 28th. The company gave low earnings guidance for 2005, and we expect them to release better than expected earnings or even up guidance for the full year. The low earnings guidance has really took a major toll on INCX shares, which we believe are now oversold.

INCX has not been this low since a few days after its IPO. We still believe Interchange will do something major with their Local.com domain. The local search engine space has great growth prospects, after all local happenings affect people more than anything else.

It is the perfect time to accumulate INCX especially when investors start moving back into small cap stocks.
