Internet Initiative Japan Inc. is one of Japan's leading Internet-access and comprehensive network solutions providers. Though, the company operates in Asia, they are listed on the NASDAQ National Market.

IIJI has sustained a positive net income the last three quarters, most recently with a net income of $13.1 million. More and more businesses are converting to broadband in Japan, and in the future we expect IIJI to expand into other Asian markets.

We expect IIJI to jump huge someday on an announcement that they are expanding into other markets, specifically China and India.

Technically, IIJI has little downside at this level with upside over $6.00.
