iMergent, Inc. is an Internet services company. They provide eCommerce solutions to entrepreneurs and small businesses enabling them to market and sell their business product or idea via the Internet.

The company's shares recently became listed on the American Stock Exchange (Amex). They now enjoy greater visibility from the institutional community. Barron's reported that Goldman Capital Management in New York currently owns a 4.9% stake in IIG and expects it to double within the next 12-18 months.

The analyst at Goldman Capital Management expects IIG to earn $8.5 million on sales of about $100 million over the next 12 months. This would be up from $81 million in sales and earned of $5.9 million. We believe the analyst estimates are low and IIG will well exceed $100 million in sales over the next 12 months.
