Cuisine Solutions, Inc. develops, produces, and markets frozen entrees and sauces for the banquet, airline, passenger rail service, retail, military, and restaurant industries in the United States and France. The company distributes its frozen products through direct sales force.

FZN reported revenue of $23.89 million in its most recent quarter, a 33% increase from the same period last year. Revenue has increased from $36.72 milliion in 2004 to $46.24 million in 2005 to $64.11 million in 2006. Net income has increased each year.

We believe FZN is undervalued at a market cap of only around $100 million as the prepared food industry continues to grow.

Two insiders were recently purchasing FZN after the drop in May. Accumulation has been ongoing at the current bottoming pattern.

The 50-day moving average of FZN has now dropped to $6.19. We believe with the underlying fundamentals, FZN can breakout above the 50-day moving average.
