eLinear, Inc. is a communications, security and compliance company providing integrated technology solutions including information and physical security, IP Telephony and network and storage solutions infrastructure.

The company has been awarded two major contracts within the last couple of days. One contract was within the energy sector worth $650,000, the other worth $1 million in new technology solutions. eLinear expects to file its third quarter 2005 results by December 12. This filing will fulfill its requirement for continuance of their AMEX listing.

Right now, ELU has a market cap of only $12.28 million and expected revenue this year of $29-$31 million. The company is looking to return to operating profitability in the first half of next year. There are only 10.1 million shares in the float.
