EDAP TMS S.A.owns and controls a portfolio of minimally invasive medical devices primarily for the treatment of urological diseases. The company currently develops and markets Ablatherm® for the minimally invasive treatment of localized prostate cancer, using High Intensity Focused Ultrasound (HIFU). Through HIFU they are also developing technology for the treatment of certain other types of tumors.

EDAP appears to be undiscovered and undervalued with a market cap of only $39 million and revenues expected to exceed $27 million this year. The company has maintained a steady cash position at over $12 million for the last four quarters.

EDAP plans to begin enhanced shareholder communications and outreach through its investors relation counsel. There has been few press releases in the last year, but we expect the company will start sharing more information.

EDAP is at a 52-week high and has trended up significantly over the last year. There are only 5.8 million shares in the float.
