SpeculatingStocks.com Stock Pick: Covad Communications Group, Inc. (DVW)

Stock Price: $1.40 (long-term strong buy)

Covad Communications Group, Inc. is a nationwide provider of broadband voice and data communications. They offer DSL, Voice over IP, T1, Web hosting and managed security.

DVW formerly COVD just listed on the AMEX. Quite a few stocks have been moving off the bulletin board lately onto the AMEX, each have been performing well. The presumption here is that the bulletin board has been holding stocks down leaving them undervalued til an AMEX listing.

For the quarter ended March 31, the company reported revenue of $107.7 million.

DVW has been in the $1.16 to $1.54 range since early April and should now be able to breakout to the upside.
