The company recently changed its name from Dataworld Solutions Inc.

The company is finalizing the terms to acquire the Homeland Security operations of NewMarket Technology, Inc. (NMKT). This combination of operations under Defense Technology Systems will allow for better access to new capital formation and an improved currency for future acquisitions, both of which can significantly contribute to accelerated growth. This acquisition by DFTS is expected to be completed within the next 15 to 45 days.

This is a good time to accumulate DFTS as it is back down to its historic support levels.
