Chinadotcom Corporation is an international software and Internet services firm focusing on the Chinese market. The company is dedicated to growing from its Internet roots and becoming a dedicated software company.

Chinadotcom recently acquired Ross Systems Inc. one year after announcing its interest in taking over the software maker. Chinadotcom can now focus on spinning off their online assets including hongkong.com Corp.

We believe the stock has been bogged down over the last few months due to the Ross Systems acquisition as well as other issues. China Mobile, a state-controlled wireless carrier, suspended Chinadotcom's text messaging service due to graphic content and spam being transferred. Issues such as these should be behind them and leave blue sky for the stock to run higher.
