Bam! Entertainment, Inc. is a developer, publisher, and marketer of interactive entertainment software worldwide. They publish software for video game systems, wireless devices, and personal computers.

BFUN shares have been plagued by the acquisition of VIS entertainment, which took several months to complete. Now that the acquisition is complete the two companies are joining forces to develop and publish State of Emergency 2. State of Emergency sold in excess of 1 million units worldwide.

Bam! Entertainment has three major titles that have been or are going to be released this summer. They include Carmen Sandiego: The Secret of the Stolen Drums for next generation consoles, Bujingai: The Forsaken City, a third person action adventure title and Starsky & Hutch, an action title.

BFUN shares have until November 1, 2004 to reach at least $1. If BFUN does not reach $1, the stock will be delisted to the OTC BB.
