Phazar Antenna Corp is a newly organized division of Antenna Products Corp that focuses on commercial wireless antenna systems. Antenna Products Corp, a leading supplier of antenna products for airport instrument landing systems, military applications, surveillance and broadcasting for over 50 years, has acquired the Phazar product lines of BAE Systems.

ANTP went from $5 to $54 over the mid-November to end of December time period last year. ANTP has since corrected and appears to be ready to run to the $50 level again. The company just received a major contract worth $3.7 million.

There are 29 million shares in the float and 12.44% of them are being shorted. More major news and run higher could force them to cover.
