Pittsburgh, PA (SpeculatingStocks) - Identifying hot industries is an important activity for investors and traders. A company can look great, and their stock can look great, but if the company is in an industry that is suffering, then the company is most likely going to be brought down by a poor industry environment. On the other side, an industry that is heating up, can move most of the stocks in that industry up. The old saying that a rising tide, raises all boats is in play here.
Real Estate Services – It is great that the real estate services industry is coming back some. An interesting name in the industry that has been moving higher the past few days is E-House China Holdings Ltd. (EJ).
Airports & Air Services – Interesting that this is a trending industry lately. Certainly, there is always a market for such services though. An interesting name in the space is Air Transport Services Group, Inc. (ATSG).
Rental & Leasing Services – It is interesting that this is making a comeback. TrendingWatching.com’s October report was based on the idea that people now want to be owner-less. They want new things and trade in their old stuff. Name’s like Aaron’s (AAN) and Rent-A-Center (RCII) come to mind that could benefit in this trending industry.
