We have been tracking the latest stock media buzz for you. Here are some of the big headlines that caught our eyes:
1) One of SpeculatingStocks media pieces “Our Take on FNBN” has had some interesting developments. We released “Our Take on FNBN” Wednesday morning at 8:00 AM ET. We considered it risky in the article, but when there is risk there can be reward. FNBN traded up from $0.28 to $0.38 for a 35%+ gain in one session.
2) Another one of our pieces – “Chinese "MMORPG" Gaming Play” has been turning out strongly. The stock discussed in this media piece, GA, moved up $0.44 to $3.90 during 10/12’s trading day, up 12%+.
3) Fool.com Piece – “5 Stocks That I’m Giving the Boot” – the title of this article is great because it is great to know when to give a stock the boot. Falling in love with a stock after a big gain can hurt when the stock gives back its gains. This is a reminder to limit those experiences.
4) CNBC.com Piece - “Occupy Wall Street Protestors Demand Student Loan Relief” – as we stated in “Popular Trends Affecting Wall Street” it is very tough to pin down an all-encompassing overview of what the Occupy Wall Street protestors stand for, but does their really need to be an all-encompassing overview of what they stand for? We don’t think so.
