ASTI (Ascent Solar Technologies, Inc.) - Double bottom chart formation, could see $3.50. Solar company focused on commercializing flexible photovoltaic (PV) modules using their proprietary technology. ASTI is trading at a market cap of only around $100 million. ASTI is one of the better known smaller solar companies.
