Pittsburgh, PA (SpeculatingStocks) - SpeculatingStocks visitors each day can find TV stocks under the TV Buzz section of our Stock Buzz page. This TV Buzz section holds stocks that were discussed the night before on TV. A lot of investors follow the stocks that are discussed on TV, so it is important to track TV stocks.
TV shows play an important factor in the daily movement of the markets.
AVP (Avon Products Inc.) – AVP is trading at a PE of less than 13 and has an EPS of $1.71 a share. It is facing some resistance right around its current price around $22.00, but if it breaks through we could see it quickly return to the $28 level.
FORD (Forward Industries Inc.) – FORD was one of the hottest plays back in 2004 as a case play for Apple products. FORD is trading around its cash value and if management gets the company heated up again then this could be a great play.
C (Citigroup Inc.) – Citigroup is in position to take customers away from Bank of America. We believe that BAC is making a big mistake by charging debit card fees and they are facing a major backlash right now, not to mention that BAC lost $8.8 billion last quarter. Citigroup gained $3.3 billion last quarter. BAC is a great short opportunity.
