Take a look at QCOR after its recent drop due to a delay in FDA review for their drug Acthar for expanded use to treat infantile spasms.

We believe the market may have overreacted and that QCOR may now be a bargain at its current level.

Check out QCOR's chart. We could see it reversing to the upside from its current level below $5.00.
