After the bell today, ZIXI closed on a $26.3 million private placement that will allow the company to accelerate its growth. Now, that the company has received funding, we believe they will begin to announce major plans within the next few weeks.

ZIXI has major support at $2.60 and has broken through $3.80 several times in the past six months.
