Perfect World Co., Ltd. is an online game developer and operator in China. Perfect World primarily develops three-dimensional ("3D") online games based on the proprietary Angelica 3D game engine and game development platform.

The company's portfolio of online games include massively multiplayer online role playing games ("MMORPGs"). The success of MMORPG's are well publicized and a great growth area in the gaming space.

PWRD is well positioned in China where the demand for MMORPG games should start increasing rapidly in the near future. PWRD has a float of only around 18 million with less than 10% of the shares outstanding owned by institutions leaving room for the institutions to still move in.
