Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, Inc. is a provider of television content as well as domestic merchandise for homemakers and other consumers.

MSO shares are up more than 40 percent since Kmart and Sears on November 17 announced plans to merge. MSO jumped huge on Wednesday, but jumped even more so today. Industry analysts can not figure out why MSO shares have gotten so high.

There is a rumor that Kmart/Sears is planning to take a stake in MSO. Right now, it is just a rumor and shares will drop hard when the rumor fades.

The stock is now at its highest level in three years while the company is really not doing that well.
