Level 3 Communications, Inc. is an international communications and information services company. They operate one of the world’s largest Internet backbones. The Internet backbone is where Internet Service Providers (ISPs) connect so that they can offer the World Wide Web to their local customers.

Level 3 operates the major backbone to the Internet and is around to stay, but has struggled over the last few years. LVLT is now at its lowest levels in its history. We believe the company will continue to cut costs and generate higher revenues as more and more calls are transferred through the Internet.

LVLT climbed to $2.50 in Mid-June, and is now back at a good level to accumulate for the long haul.

SpeculatingStocks.com Target Price: We expect LVLT to reach $3.50 within the next three to six months.
