Ionatron, Inc. develops and markets Directed Energy Weapon technology products for sale to the U.S. Government. Their LIPC "man-made lightning" has attracted attention and investment from federal government sources.

Ionatron is a defense technology company that has the assets to create something ground-breaking in the future. The company has already created a counter improvised explosive device prototype system which finds, detonates and disables roadside bombs.

IOTN has been trading in the $7.00-$10.00 range since late January. IOTN has eclipsed $9.00 several times this year. We don't believe second quarter earnings will disrupt this pattern.
