In mid August, GSB reported quarterly revenue of $6.41 million and net income of $2.11 million, a gain of 162% and 323% respectively over the same quarter last year. The company's secure file transfer and file sharing businesses are experiencing dramatic growth.

GSB has begun to be recognized for this dramatic growth. Volume has been significantly higher during October than past months. We believe GSB can continue to be a huge play from quarter to quarter.
