Axcelis Technologies, Inc. provides innovative, high-productivity solutions for the semiconductor industry. Axcelis is dedicated to developing enabling process applications through the design, manufacture and complete life cycle support of ion implantation and cleaning systems.

We believe ACLS is undervalued at its current price level, trading at a market cap of around $51 million. ACLS is trading significantly below its book value of $2.47 and below its cash value of $0.77.
