in HYBT's history. Investors are pouring back into the bulletin board market.
Microcaps are going to have a great 2006. HYBT is a great microcap and momentum play.

5:12 PM: GV is continuing to act strong.
We said yesterday, "It could see $1.30-$1.60 soon."
It made a good step towards that today.

MSO has been in the news after reporting its first profit in two years.
Her feud with Trump has been a popular topic lately on talk shows.
All this press will help MSO and drive it up to $30.00 again.

TRLG and NUAN both made solid moves higher today.

7:59 PM: HYBT moved higher $2.94 today, or 29%!
We mentioned it yesterday, but we didn't think it had this much momentum.
This is one OTC BB company not lacking attention.
Could HYBT fill out to its all-time high of $18.34?

10:35 AM: We will be releasing a new profile later today.

10:45 AM: BWNG is up over 15% this morning after comments last night by Jim Cramer on Mad Money. BWNG is now up 164% since our April 4th profile last year. We saw Broadwing as a turnaround story long before Cramer. We believe there are now much better plays in the market than BWNG. However, their VoIP services remain attractive.

10:56 AM: BCON is going to have its day. This company's flywheel power-grid stabilizing technology is in demand and in its test phases right now in both California and New York. BCON could surge to $5.00 again in the near future.

Thursday, March 2

6:56 PM: Gold stocks had a strong day, our gold play, BGO hit a new 52-wk high of $4.68, up 57% since our profile on December 12th of last year. The trend continues to be up.

NMKT retraced some of its tracks today. The stock was overbought after moving up 44% in five days. The company announced adding another board member today. This CEO is surrounding himself with highly capable people within NewMarket's industry.

Our energy stocks outperformed the market today, SWSI, LINE, ALJ were all in the green.

Wednesday, March 1

2:17 PM: Tech stocks are driving the market today with the Nasdaq currently higher by
1.25%. Telecommunication as well as IT consulting and service firms are leading the pack.

2:24 PM: True Religion announced that the company will announce fourth quarter results on Wednesday, March 15. We expect continued strong revenue and profit growth. For the third quarter, revenue growth came in at 59% with 81% profit growth quarter to quarter! With this kind of growth, TRLG is not even close to being overvalued at $23.59. Once again, we love this company's progress in the denim clothing space.

2:55 PM: BCON has moved quickly back to its support level. BCON is currently up 30% after announcing that their main unit, Smart Energy Matrix, will be connected to a grid at a demonstration host site in New York. This is just one more step in the sales process.

3:01 PM: NMKT will exceed that 4.228 million volume mark today. Does this stock ever go down anymore? Quite a contrast to the last long while. NewMarket is finally being discovered and excitement is back, the excitement should have never been lost. NMKT had no trouble with resistance points at $0.325 and $0.36. The next resistance area is around $0.39/$0.40 where the stock is sitting right now.

2:32 PM: Take a look at NMKT, up over 10% so far. It could trade the highest daily volume in over a year as eyes come onto this company from all directions. News was also out today, NewMarket added a new board member, we'll discuss it tonight in the stock updates section. NMKT deserves every percentage point it moves higher, the stock is still undervalued.

2:56 PM: BITS gapped higher this AM after reporting its highest quarterly revenue level since its 1996 IPO year. Bitstream generated earnings per share of $0.08 for Q4. BITS is up 34.65%.

3:01 PM: SNPD is up over 15% today. This company is growing aggressively with a possible OTC BB listing in the future. This stock is severely undervalued compared to its peers in the Ebay drop store business.

4:57 PM: We will be releasing a new stock pick tomorrow evening. The Nasdaq finished down 1.12% today. There was economic weakness reported in home sales, consumer confidence, and manufacturing.

3:30 PM: ANGN trended up steadily $0.30 higher to $4.72 today after our profile two days ago with a target of $5.60. We are confident ANGN will reach this target efficiently.

3:36 PM: SWSI moved up over 5.49% today. This company is such a great energy play in the hottest natural gas area in the United States.

3:39: Clothing stocks do great this time of year heading into spring and the summer months. Watch for Abercrombie and Fitch (ANF) as well as True Religion.

Thursday, March 9

10:16 AM: IMAX just reported a 54% increase in earnings for the fourth quarter. The company believes that now is the best time to explore offers to buy Imax Corp. This is a big deal in the news today and over 19% of the IMAX 35.8 million float is being shorted. Speculation of a buy out could cause the shorts to cover and drive IMAX much higher.

10:23 AM: Blockbuster reported net income of $18 million for the fourth quarter, up from $2.8 million last year. Revenue fell from $1.72 billion to $1.53 billion as the company traded some revenue for greater profit after enacting cost cutting measures. The Blockbuster brand is still strong with revenue last year of over $5.86 billion. BBI is a bargain at its current price of $3.60 ($690 million market cap) and could experience a short squeeze on better news.

Wednesday, March 8

Key Points: $0.90 NMKT target price (12 months), estimated net income for 2006: $4.436 million, 117 million shares outstanding.

1:52 PM: SWSI reported earnings yesterday of $4.5 million for the fourth-quarter, up from $2.4 million the year before. Revenue rose 81% to $41.2 million. SWSI is back down to a great buying level. Expect another run to $28-$30 within the next one to three months.

2:00 PM: We will be releasing two new profiles over the next two days.

Tuesday, March 7

4:31 PM: WYNN has steadily trended higher since early October from $42 to $72. Steve Wynn the CEO of the company has been making some strong moves overseas in Chinese Macau, the most densely populated place in the world. Casino Wynn Macau is expected to open its doors on September 5th of this year. We expect WYNN to hit a new 52-wk high of $76.46 in the near future and keep moving higher.

Monday, March 6

4:00 PM: CNVX may trade up to $3.50 in the short-term and possibly break out to $4.00.

BWNG is still moving higher off the Cramer effect.

ENWV is really coming onto a lot of investor's radar. ENWV could go up another $1-$2 in the very near term.

Look for a move above $3.43 on IVAN, it has been up 194% since our December 23rd profile.

NANX will be in play again tomorrow after trading over 700,000 shares today on a Roche Unit supply deal.

3:45 PM: GTE announced some major news today, they revised payment terms with Internafta to extend payment for a $600 million network deployment in Russia. The Street has been waiting for this news and is sending GTE up over 15% heading into the bell.

3:50 PM: GNBT continues to be a high flyer with its progress against the Bird Flu and Diabetes. GNBT is now up over 137% since our profile in early November of last year. This stock just keeps hitting new 52-wk highs.

3:55 PM: The Nasdaq is about to close slightly in the green.

1:24 PM: IFO has been hit by some naked shorts and became way oversold. The company is making huge strides in Latin America, one of the hottest telecommunication markets.Kaufman Brothers placed a buy rating on IFO today and sent it up 17.38% today.

1:39 PM: TRLG is trading at yesterday's highs after artificially trading lower in after hours last night. The street is taking the earnings report well. Expect a new 52-wk high to be reached by TRLG within the next two weeks.

2:17 PM: We will be releasing a new stock pick later today. The company is a tech trading at a P/E of only 10.86 after being oversold during the last month. Currently, 52.92% of the outstanding shares are held by insiders, who have been holding tight, making the float only 4.78 million shares. This stock will revisit recent levels.

4:40 PM: We put a long-term buy rating on AEY, but it could move up at anytime.

11:32 AM: OPTV is up over 9% so far today. Some people are just beginning to come on board to OPTV.

11:40 AM: BDOG really broke out this morning hitting a high of $14.15. It is currently sitting at $12.94 for a gain on the day of 7.83%.

11:58 AM: ANGN, our profile from five trading days ago, hit our $5.60 target today. It could easily move up another $1.00 from here.

12:34: BTJ is priming for a huge run higher in the short term.

2:57 PM: We are very excited about the TRLG earnings release after the bell. The stock just broke into the green for the day. Remember, on January 5th there were three bullish brokerage calls on TRLG. "All three brokerage notes projected strong growth for True Religion, driven by the recent popularity of so-called "premium" denim jeans, new products like fleece tops, and expected international growth." "Demand for $180 bottoms and $150 hoodie tops has been very strong." $150 hoodies!

CitiTrends reported a profit of $7.9 million yesterday for the latest quarter. It is trading at a market cap of $522.52 and a P/E of 44.72. TRLG is trading at a market cap of $461.44 million. TRLG reported a profit of $7.7 million for the third quarter. TRLG could report a profit of $10 million for the fourth quarter blowing away CitiTrends. True Religion is trading at a P/E of only 25.89 compared to CTRN's 44.72. True Religion is a much more exciting company with a better name and design staff. TRLG deserves to trade at a P/E of 50.

4:43 PM: Conference call going on now for TRLG. The company is looking forward to growing aggressively and continuing to adapt to changing trends. Guidance for the first quarter includes $35 million in revenue and diluted EPS of $0.25 to $0.27. True Religion recently opened its first store in Manhattan Beach, CA and is planning to open a store in NYC this year. The first store has been extremely profitable for the company. We believe investors will look forward not back.

4:49 PM: SQUM moved higher 6.45% today on 405,590 shares traded, 139% more volume than average. We expect the company to begin discussing its developments under way and the Black & Decker deal in terms of revenue.

9:15 AM: Our biometric stock play has been posted. We expect SQUM to move up significantly in the short-term. The company has just began releasing major news and is about to generate major revenues through a supply agreement with Black & Decker. SQUM is currently an undiscovered gem about to have a lot of eyes on it.

10:55 AM: TRLG holding up well in the face of a downgrade.

11:42 AM: SMTX is up over 30% today after reporting revenue of $58.1 million and net income of $1.4 million. SMTX expects revenue and net income growth to continue in 2006. It has been up over 73% since our profile just two months ago.

12:12 PM: BDOG is up again today! This stock just keeps going up.

1:05 PM: OPTV will release earnings after the bell. Looks like the street is expecting good results with OPTV currently up 5.00%.

4:00 PM: OPTV is expected to post a loss of one penny per share. We believe it could post a profit or breakeven especially after the 11 cent move higher today.

4:43 PM: OPTV just reported a profit of $2.9 million for the fourth quarter, a $9.2 million swing from a $6.3 million loss in Q404! OpenTV has also become cash flow positive, a key metric of financial strength. They have $64.5 million in cash on the balance sheet. OPTV beat EPS expectations by $0.03 and is being rewarded in after hours, now up over 7.00%. Congratulations to all those who were patient and held.

6:31 PM: The Nasdaq closed up 1.27% today.
Don't sour on our SQUM. Word is just beginning to spread.

10:00 AM: We will be releasing an undiscovered biometric stock pick tomorrow morning. This $20 million company is working with both Analog Devices and Black & Decker.

10:15 AM: AAPL received a buy rating and a 12-month price target of $82 from one analyst this morning. We believe it will trade much higher on renewed excitement. $82 is conservative, $102 would be more in line. AAPL is up to $66.06.

10:23 AM: BDOG's price chart has begun to steepen with increased recognition. Its been up 25% since our February 1st profile, and is up 7.20% today. We expect continued strength out of this undervalued, consistent peformer.

10:32 AM: There was a possible Mad Cow case over the weekend, DOC is playing up on this news with their RFID tracking technology for livestock.

2:21 PM: SWSI is continuing to move today, they just announced that they will be presenting at the AG Edwards Energy Conference in two days.

The subsidiary will later be spun off by NewMarket and remain majority controlled. NMKT Latin America's revenue will come from VoIP, WiXX, mobile service & content delivery, IPTV, and financial software.

12:45 PM: ALJ reached our $24.00 price target this morning.

BDOG appears to be headed lower after being severely overbought.

1:28 PM: The NASDAQ has been in the same range for almost three months now.

1:30 PM: TASR is continuing to trend higher with higher highs and higher lows.

1:35 PM: GIGM reported a profit this morning of $2.4 million for the fourth quarter, a 96% increase from the same period last year. GIGM shares are up 15%.

Wednesday, March 22

9:42 AM: NMKT has gapped 2.5 cents this morning on 1 million shares traded in the first 12 minutes of the trading day. Look for it to cover some if not all of the gap, then move higher from there.

9:53 AM: NMKT has moved lower covering half of its gap in the last 11 minutes. Bid/Ask is holding steady at 0.352/0.355.

TRLG is in the green again, up $0.46 to $18.37 this morning. It is tough for anyone to keep this stock down. The shorts will eventually get burnt with this one if they haven't been already.

10:12 AM: BDOG just hit a new 52-wk high of $15.17. It is up over $1.00 so far this morning.

10:18 AM: TRLG just jumped even farther into the green now up $1.14 for the day.

10:21 AM: NMKT is showing some amazing strength. This stock always covers its gaps higher and it doesn't want to do so. Too much volume is pouring in, but we still expect it to cover the gap by the end of the day. Between $0.343 - $0.35 would be the best case buying scenario.

10:46 AM: EDAP just reached a high 52-wk high of $16.47, a 229% move higher since our profile at the end of January last year. EDAP has become discovered over the last four months.

2:12 PM: NMKT just announced major contract news down in Latin America worth $6 million for Business Intelligence application development, Systems Integration, and Open Source application development. The deal is with Avon Products, Telefonica SA, and Hyperion Solutions as well as two other NYSE companies.

4:33: AEY, our profile from seven days ago is just beginning to make a move. AEY moved up 6.48% today.

3:08 PM: NewMarket Technology, NMKT, released a PR today stating that they have the potential to reach $500 million in revenue within the next three years including highly profitable revenue from property dividends after publicly listing their subsidiary companies. NewMarket will maintain a majority stake in these IPOs. This PR comes following over a week of silence. NMKT is now up over 15%. The show is just starting at this level.

5:11 PM: ANSW made a 7.17% move higher today after releasing its annual report last night.

5:15 PM: BFT reached a new 52-wk high today of $9.25, up 126% since our profile in January of last year.

5:18 PM: Forgot to mention that DFTS moved higher on the news by NMKT. NMKT will still be releasing the DFTS dividend to those of record last June. Other NMKT dividends could come before DFTS if Xiptel, NewMarket China, or NewMarket Latin America prepare sooner.

5:26 PM: GNBT moved up 27% today on its most shares traded ever. It has certainly had strong upside surprises. It is becoming way overhyped and the fact is that bird flu is overhyped as well. Its the end of March and people are still fearing the bird flu. This stock is going to have a huge fall eventually. Just look at NVAX falling 7.22% today.

4:51 AM: We will be releasing a new biotech stock pick tomorrow. This company has been in a strong uptrend with a drug that has just passed through its phase three clinical trials. They are in the process of filing a new drug application with the FDA. It will probably become the next NVAX or GNBT.

2:39 PM: GNBT is up 11.5% today and reached a new 52-wk high for the fifth straight trading day.

NVAX hit a new 52-wk high as well today. GNBT and NVAX are both overbought at their current prices.

3:51 PM: WPTE is looking at closing near its high of the day.

2:42 PM: Congratulations to all who got in NMKT before earnings were released today at 10:37 AM. NewMarket reported record net income of $2.9 million for 2005 and a 101% increase in revenue to $50.1 million. First quarter will be the real shot higher. NMKT is up 11.11% on over 7.8 million shares traded, the most traded in one day since early 2004. NMKT has some resistance at its $0.41, but we expect word to spread over the weekend some more and good news to continue to pour from the company.

3:02 PM: KNOL up again today hitting another 52-wk high at $6.85.

3:14 PM: Even after today's move, NMKT has a P/E of only 13. It will move up much higher from here.

3:17 PM: Our biotech play, ISV is up 15.05% today after an analyst placed a market outperform rating on the stocks and a 12-month price target of $4.00. It is sitting at $2.14 right now.

11:49 AM: It looks like people are eating eggs again. Cal-Maine's profit more than tripled between November 25 and February 25. The current quarter is off to a good start strong with egg demand leading into Easter. CALM is up 14.10% in early trading to $7.20.

11:55 AM: GV has traded over seven times its average volume already today in a 17.65% move higher. Business has really picked up for this company with Q4 sales coming in at $10.4 million including net income of $881,277. GV looks significantly undervalued.

9:55 AM: NMKT just released a review of the conference call from yesterday after the bell. There was some panic selling before this PR which dropped the stock down to as low as $0.451. What a buying opportunity. Someone loaded up at that price.

10:01 AM: NMKT has already rebounded to $0.505. QOIL is a better buy around $0.30 than our profile price. If the market wants to sell it at a better price for a buyer then its best to wait.

10:11 AM: We just posted a short-term strong buy currently sitting at a price of $1.60. We expect MEMS to reach $2.40 within the next five trading days.

4:05 PM: Our latest pick MEMS has really broken out today and is closing in on our $2.40 target already! It hit a high today of $2.20, up 37.5% in less than six hours.

9:42 AM: Investors are beginning to sell off some of their NMKT shares this morning after a $0.05 higher open. They may be selling on the news (CC) later today. This stock has had a nice run higher, and investors are going to take some profits. A lot could happen with NMKT. AMEX listing announcement soon or Friday sell off. Tough to tell. We're surprised people have been so excited over a CC. The CC won't be as exciting as people expect.

9:57 AM: SOIGF just broke out to a new 52-wk high of $3.14. Sky is the limit from here as it continues to become recognized as a sand oil play.

11:23 AM: True Religion, TRLG, is down to $18.10. It looks like a good buy in its current trough and first quarter results are expected to be strong. However, they aren't due out for over a month. Currently, 39.45% of the 13.05 million TRLG float is short.

11:26 AM: TGB is up 10.55% so far today. In yesterday's stock updates we said that TGB could really fly with some attention. The stock has already traded two times its average volume.

6:52 PM: As expected, NMKT dropped today to as low as $0.55 before closing at $0.57. NMKT was way overbought and today was a healthy pull back. The company held a conference call after the bell. We figure they'll release some news soon. The market will judge the CC tomorrow morning.

Wednesday, April 5

10:23 AM: NMKT is trading faster than yesterday morning. NMKT is currently up 10 cents on over 5 million shares traded in the first hour. Sometimes the bid is even moving above the ask.

11:03 AM: Watch QOIL, at $0.35, down $0.05 today, sitting at a market cap of only $23.71 million. This company just received a speculative strong buy rating and target of $0.90 from a firm named Dutton Associates. This stock moved over $0.80 in the past from its current level. Someone has been accumulating yet QOIL shares haven't moved much. Something is up and QOIL shares are approaching support at $0.28 - $0.30. We may profile them again today since there is a lot on the table for this company including a possible acquisition.

1:04 PM: Look for NMKT to make an afternoon run to the close. NewMarket will trade the most shares in its history today. No matter where it closes, today was a signifcant day in this stock's history.

1:06 PM: JMAR has made a 20%+ move higher after being oversold since fourth quarter earnings were released.

1:14 PM: The Nasdaq is back in the green and at its highs of the day. AAPL unveiled software today to run Windows XP on Apple's computers. Apple is up over $5.00 on the news.

2:25 PM: NMKT is making that afternoon run that we mentioned. The company just announced that due to so much interest in the conference call tomorrow there to had to be a change of numbers to accomodate all the new investors.

2:55 PM: It'd be wise to take a few NMKT shares off the table just in case people sell on Friday after the CC tomorrow evening or sell before it even. The cash from that sell can always be used to buy back more shares on a dip. NMKT is now trading at a market cap of $67 million. When we made it our Stock of the Week on Sunday it was at a market cap of only $40.31 million.

4:02 PM: The Nasdaq closed up 14.39 to 2,359.75, reaching another five year high.

The news from Apple (AAPL) will be talked about for a while. Apple is allowing Microsoft Windows to be installed on its computers. Steve Jobs is really moving away from the past and into the future. People will begin buying Apple computers instead of Dell's and other PCs. AAPL will easily reach $100 in the near future.

9:35 AM: NMKT has traded one million shares in the first seven minutes of trading and is currently up $0.05, or 11.6%. Everyone seems to be buying it now.

9:40 AM: NMKT now up 7.4 cents and trading above $0.50.

9:52 AM: NMKT is starting to settle down and sell off a little. This stock may have technically been bought up too fast, but it deserves to be priced even higher.

10:00 AM: SWSI is up again this morning. TRLG received an outperform rating this morning and is up over 10% so far today. Firms were just waiting for TRLG to go down to scoop it up and drive it higher like what is happening today.

10:14 AM: Our sand oil play, SOIGF, is up 2.50%. Its showing strength by holding up after the stock made a nice run yesterday.

11:24 AM: Our "Stock of the Week" NMKT is up 8.31% in the first two hours of trading. Word has spread significantly over the weekend. It could trade 10 million shares today if it keeps up the current pace. The company will be holding a conference call on April 6th at 4:05 PM eastern to discuss already released 2005 results. Expect the CC to be upbeat.

11:34 AM: We will be monitoring the contest picks entered to us and send out an email to those who chose to be involved.

11:38 AM: SWSI, an oilfield services company founded by three ex-Halliburton employees, is up $2.41, or 8.29% today to $31.48. The company reported earnings on March 7th with a revenue increase of 81% to $41.2 million for the fourth quarter and net income of $4.5 million.

11:51 AM: Micro and small cap stocks will do very well in 2006. Look for NMKT to lead the way later in the year with several micro cap property dividends and continual appreciation of parent shares.

LBIX came within three cents of reaching our $3.60 5-10 day target this morning. Volume is continuing to stay high day in and day out.

12:31 PM: KNOL will continue to trend higher. Any weakness like today is a gift to buyers.

12:38 PM: GIGM, last week's "Stock of the Week" is up 7.85% today, $0.28 away from a new 52-wk high.

3:52 PM: Has anyone heard of the oil sand fields up in Canada? Some sand and sandstone has petroleum in it and companies are now beginning to extract. We will be releasing a sand oil play tonight that is still undiscovered and could easily double from its current price.

4:39 PM: NMKT closed at its high of the day at $0.43, up 11.69%. Its SqueezeTrigger price is $0.43. This price is the volume weighted average short price of all short selling in NMKT. A short squeeze is expected to begin above $0.43. Tomorrow should be very interesting. Word is beginning to spread even fast, this stock is coming onto everyone's radar screen.

10:35 AM: NMKT released some interesting news this morning. They are going to begin outsourcing their Chinese software development operations to US firms. This company greatly understands the growing trend towards outsourcing.

12:53 PM: MRB posted, our gold/silver stock pick.

2:56 PM: Our stock pick STKL from this morning is having a strong day up 4.40%.

3:07 PM: MEMS is moving higher, now up $0.17 to $1.74, after reaching $2.30 on Monday, two days after our profile at $1.60. Remember, they are changing their name to Covergence Ethanol and will be changing their stock symbol and website.

7:25 PM: The reason for NMKT's drop today was a release of shares to pay for past acquisitions. NMKT now has 128.08 million shares outstanding. We believe the CEO when he says he is trying to eliminate share issuance. The problem is that the past agreement holders do not want to negotiate the terms. NMKT should assorb the new shares issued with all the new interest in the company. It may drop to $0.38, but not much farther than there.

SOIGF jumped even more than usual today. It rose $0.25, 6.51%, to $4.09. This stock keeps going up and up since our profile at $2.80, 11 days ago. Thats a 46% gain in nine trading days!

NXG rose 7.43% today to $3.18. This stock is going much higher. People who buy this stock are in for the long haul. Soon there won't be many shares to buy and thats when NXG will really go higher.

9:35 AM: NMKT is trading up nicely today. NMKT is up two cents so far today and looks to be regaining momentum. Investors know that contracts will continue to pour in for this company.

9:40 AM: Copper demand continues to grow due to growth in Asia. This bodes well for both NXG and TGB.

10:35 AM: NXG just scrolled on the bottom of CNBC. Gold is currently up $3.20 and copper is up $3.75. NXG is about to become the hottest gold play in the market.

11:36 AM: TRLG is up close to $1.00 so far today to $18.59. We have been predicting that this stock will go to $24.00 by first quarter earnings.

11:54 AM: There's an ethanol shortage beginning to occur and ethanol stocks have really taken off. We will be releasing a couple ethanol plays over the next day or two.

1:51 PM: NXG is currently up over 5.00% on the day. It also looks like now is a good entry point for NMKT after it filled the gap from April 4th.

1:58: MSEV has dropped today to cover the gap created on April 10th. There's a good chance it will hit our target of $0.245.

7:55 AM: Our pick from yesterday, NXG, jumped $0.20 in after hours last night due to this press release by the company: NORTHGATE INTERSECTS 10.35 GRAMS PER TONNE GOLD OVER 40 FEET AT YOUNG-DAVIDSON. NXG holds a property known as Young-Davidson. NXG has started an aggressive exploration and testing program at this site. The company found two signifcant gold mineralizations in a previously untested area at Young-Davidson. The CEO said that the company is "assessing ways of accelerating the project." NXG will not slow down, this stock will just keep trending higher. They just acquired Young-Davidson late last year and have already hit gold, it is not even their main property.

9:23 AM: NXG was up over $0.50 in premarket trading.

9:30 AM: NXG opened the day at $2.96, up $0.19. This is the second day it has gapped higher at the open.

9:48 AM: NMKT was featured on the Wall Street Transcript (www.twst.com) yesterday.

9:53 AM: MSEV opened in the green. It is well on its way to our $0.245 target.

5:41 AM: We posted our Stock of the Week last night. TGB is the right play at the right time. It deserves to be trading at a much higher level. TGB has traded its heaviest volume in its history over the past 5-10 trading days. We expect volume to grow this week. Look for TGB to really breakout.

9:54 AM: Watch Altair Nanotechnologies, ALTI, it is near its 52-week high and could continue to trend higher over the next few months.

10:21 AM: We will be releasing a new gold mining play tonight. It is trading at its 52-week high and at a PE of only 17.25. The stock is also trading at just over two times 2005 sales. We expect it to do very well in both the short and long term. The company also mines copper like TGB.

1:32 PM: SWSI is up over $5.00 today! The company is based in the same town as SpeculatingStocks.com. Western Pennsylvania is one of the best areas for natural gas and SWSI services so many of the wells popping up around here. The company works all hours of the day and night servicing gas wells. Today's SWSI chart is amazing, its been trending steadily higher throughout the day. SWSI has been up 59% since our profile back on November 11th of last year.

12:28 PM: NMKT released a PR today. The company plans on reducing the fully diluted issued and outstanding shares, management also plans to buy back shares. This reduces future supply and increases future demand.

12:44 PM: SOIGF has traded significantly higher the last two days on low volume.

12:48 PM: HYBT, an elecric car lithium battery alternative energy play, hit a low of $8.75 today. It is now sitting at $9.20. Lately when this stock dips below $9.00 it is a buy for a move higher to $11 or $12.

1:46 PM: Just posted our latest stock pick, CIRT. We believe it will move up 45%+ within the next 10 trading days.

1:14 PM: It looks like there's a lull after the gold and copper mining rush.

6:53 PM: We will be updating our stock updates section by 10:00 PM tonight. SEVI hasn't become the play we expected. Management should have been more clear about its earnings over the last three months. The released a form 10-QSB, but did not make it obvious. 10:11 AM: We will be releasing our other stock pick later today. We are listening to the
SEVI conference call right now. Apparently, they are based in Houston and have been growing faster than any other company in Houston according to the Houston Fast Tech 50 list. They are one of just over 200 microsoft gold certified partners. This company sounds so similar to NMKT, SEVI provides systems integration and close contracts on an hourly basis and project basis. This company has a huge management team and is letting all of them talk.

10:25 AM: Call still going on. Earnings have not been talked about yet, but SEVI is now up $0.0015 to $0.031. SEVI is expected to grow at 20% to $6.5 million in revenue and north of $500,000 profit in 2006. The 20% number was stated to be conservative. Earnings will be released over the wires.

11:15 AM: SEVI is trading down below its early morning highs and into the red. They have yet to announce earnings and most thought they would be released at 10:00 AM. Investors are looking at this as a buying point, volume has really picked up.

11:21 AM: We just posted out latest stock pick - FUEL. We expect it to go up significantly in the short and long-term.

11:45 AM: NMKT popped from the $0.38 level to the $0.42 level at around 11 AM. It looks like something is up. Maybe the shorts are covering or maybe people are expecting news. Right now, this company is a great buy at any price down here.

10:14 AM: NXG was made our stock of the week last night, it is currently up $0.31, or 9.75%, on over 4.3 million shares traded. It gapped up this morning, but did so on April 10th as well and still didn't cover. This stock is so hot that it isn't even covering its gaps as it moves higher. It will probably trade the most shares in its history today at over 8.19 million shares.

10:26 AM: VRDM, our "speculative short-term strong buy" from last Thursday is up over 43% this morning after announcing that they received a sixth order for their ethanol by-product recovery technology. VRDM is up 65% since our profile less than two trading days ago and one cent away from our five day price target at $0.20.

10:33 AM: We have been saying that MEMS hit at bottom at $1.51. Now, it is back up to $1.80. Ethanol stocks continue to be hot.

10:38 AM: SOIGF, our sand oil play from the beginning of this month, is up 5.14% so far today to $4.30 and closing in on our $4.80 price target several trading days early. At $4.80 it will have a 71% gain.

11:05 AM: Mining stocks are up huge today. TGB, last week's stock of the week, is currently up 8.01% to $3.10. The company has just re-started a plant at its main Gibraltar mine that will allow 7 million more lbs of copper to be produced. This company re-opening a plant closed in 1998 is very bullish. The anticipated capital cost is $3 million.

11:23 AM: DVW, Covad Communications has built an amazing chart since late last year. It sat as low as $0.65 and is now at $2.54 as they continue to grow in the telecommunications space specifically VoIP. Last Thursday, the company received a $50 million revolving credit line. The loan has allowed the company to pay up its liabilities to AT&T. In return, AT&T dropped its liens on Covad's assets.

2:20 PM: The Nasdaq is now down 24.10 at this time, yet the stocks we have been talking about are up huge today!

2:25 PM: Gold is up $18.70 today to $618.80. Oil is now up close to $1.00 to over $70.00 a barrel. If you can't beat gas prices at the pump then just join the oil companies and make money off their profits. As oil moves higher, it affects the economy and gold prices rise to hedge against the US dollar.

2:30 PM: VRDM is now up 72.24% for the day. VRDM has risen from our profile price of $0.115 to a high of $0.25 in less than two trading days. Over 103.7 million VRDM shares have traded so far today.

12:25 PM: FUEL may finally be turning the corner for a move higher over the next few trading days. FUEL is only up 2.90%, but a strong finish today will bode well for next week.

Gold futures are up to over $655 an ounce. Our favorite gold play NXG is up 6.40% so far today.

Two of our recent stock picks, URME and IFO, are respectively up 12.89% and 5.96% today.

11:57 AM: NMKT announced some big news this morning relating to their operations in Latin America. As we've been saying, Latin America is an extremely hot market for telecommunications right now. NewMarket Technology currently has over $20 million in revenue coming from this market. More importantly, NMKT has a Latin American acquisition pipeline of over $100 million in revenue. NMKT will keep acquiring companies for the next several years in emerging economies to become one of the top systems integration companies in the world. NMKT is still a ground floor opportunity in terms of its share price, but they are starting to make a large footprint in Asia and Latin America.

1:04 PM: SOIGF is currently up over 25% today to $6.80.

1:10 PM: We just posted our latest stock pick, PTCH, its an oil sands play that could become bigger than SOIGF.

12:48 PM: We released a profile of HYBT last night at $10.60. Lithium-powered cars like HYBT's test models could run 1000 miles on one charge. HYBT is currently up 4.72% to $11.10.

12:55 PM: Keep an eye on BOOM, they will be releasing earnings tomorrow before the opening bell. This company goes right along with our theme of TZOO and IFO. Currently, there are 5.53 million shares in the BOOM float and 45.20% are being shorted.

10:37 AM: NMKT is moving lower today and will most likely cover the gap created yesterday morning between $0.48 - $0.482.

10:39 AM: URME is up again today. We expect it to at least hit our target price of $5.00 within the next few days. Right now, it is at $4.08.

10:58 AM: Gold and copper stocks are up across the board today. Gold is up $5.10 to $629 an ounce. Remember our profile of NVPGF on March 30th? Right now, NVPGF is sitting at $1.49 up from our profile price at $1.26. We expect it to be bought out by USGL in a share transaction at a price higher than $1.49 due to NVPGF's exploration in the Cortez Trend. A long-time member of SpeculatingStocks.com sent this NVPGF news yesterday. USGL is aggressive and will pay the price NVPGF demands. USGL wants as much of the Cortez Trend as they can get and will aggressively mine it. NVPGF is the way to play USGL assuming a future buyout.

11:54 AM: IFO posted, we profiled this stock before with great success. Wall Street with earnings season approaching is looking for a low float company, net income positive and in an exciting industry. IFO is the play.

2:03 PM: NMKT covered the gap created yesterday. IFO is now up to $11.70.

2:25 PM: IFO is now up $1.33 to $12.06 on just 200,500 shares traded. IFO is showing how fast it can trade up with only 2.5 million shares in the float.

4:20 PM: SEVI our projected big play from last week announced signing a contract from Microsoft to provide consulting services to a large oil and gas services company. The oil and gas industry are really ramping up their IT efforts and firms like NMKT and SEVI are well positioned to accept contracts. SEVI traded as high as $0.036 on the news released this morning. The company also said that there is no immediate plan for a reverse stock split.

7:03 PM: Please look over QOIL's latest 8-K. The company has been handed over to a consulting group. Also, litigation is happening internally between managment. The company is reviewing its plans before allocating any cash resources towards new drilling projects. The investor relations contact has been relieved of his duties and the company's planned Longleaf acquisition has a substantial likelihood of not closing. The infighting within QOIL has already been detrimental to the company's share price. We no longer maintain our buy ratings on QOIL from April 6th, 2005 and June 20th, 2005. Investors may not have completely noticed the seriousness of the 8-K.

Monday, April 24

9:36 AM: The Nasdaq opened lower this morning now down 6.74. We expect NMKT to do very well this week continuing its momentum from last week. NMKT has already traded 600,000 shares this morning and is now up 1.7 cents to $0.495.

9:44 AM: URME will close the gap down to $3.12 then move higher from there.

9:53 AM: FUEL, posted as our stock of the week last night, is now up $0.24 to $4.29 on 851,000 shares traded.

10:00 AM: FUEL has now traded 1.14 million shares. FUEL can not continue to trade at these low levels with this kind of volume. The Nasdaq is now down 15.99. Investors are beginning to look for the most undervalued opportunities out there and they are finding FUEL.

10:05 AM: NMKT created a gap this morning between $0.48 and $0.482, we expect it to trade back down there sometime to cover and then move much higher from there. The interest may be too high for NMKT to trade back down to $0.48 in the short-term.

11:56 AM: THK announced last Thursday entering into a letter of intent to acquire IceRocket.com, co-owned by Mark Cuban. If the acquisition is completed, the current CEO will continue his role. IceRocket.com has been building a loyal following with its powerful search capabilities of the blogosphere. THK has been up 20% since the IceRocket.com announcement. We believe THK is one of the rare undiscovered, undervalued gems in the search space. THK has been up as high as 75% since our profile last October 20th. We expect it to make an even bigger run after acquiring IceRocket.com.

1:02 PM: After thinking more about NMKT's gap this morning. It does not seem significant enough for the NMKT to even retrace. For instance, there's a gap from March 22nd between $0.345 and $0.35. NMKT may never go this low again.

2:03 PM: Our uranium mining play, URME, from last Thursday is up 11.70% today and up 19% overall.

1:16 PM: One play that we said would become huge NMKT (stock notes - Tuesday) has moved from $0.454 at the close on Tuesday to a high of $0.505 today. This is just the tip of the iceberg, earnings are due out in ten days.

1:20 PM: PYOL, our stock pick from last night traded above yesterday's range to a high of $8.28 today. PYOL is currently up $1.60, or 24.62%.

2:13 PM: TGB and NXG both up again today.

2:20 PM: Our stock pick from Monday, HOKU reported earnings of $508,000 and dropped 12.63%. Investors were expecting more out of this company. Revenue came in at only $1.3 million. The good news is that $1.2 million of the revenue came through contracts with Nissan Motor Co. This is a relationship that HOKU can build into the future. In the history of HOKU shares they have never been traded below $5.30. HOKU is currently sitting at $5.90 with support that may be deteriorating.

3:04 PM: PYOL is now at $9.00, up $2.50 today! This is a classic case of how fast a low float stock can move on excitement. The market is really letting this one move straight up. As we said in our profile last night, Monday could really be the big day after word spreads of PYOL over the weekend.

1:53 PM: NMKT reached $0.497 earlier this morning after announcing a $1 million to develop a software application in China for a United State corporation. NMKT is now back down to $0.465.

4:23 PM: Our big stock pick from this morning, NICH, turned the corner today as we expected in our profile. NICH reversed strong to the upside finishing up $0.35, or 6.89%, on the day to $5.43.

4:28 PM: NXG is still our favorite gold play. It moved 9.51% higher today. Cramer has just now come on board to NXG (after earnings). He kept saying KRY was the better gold play when NXG has clearly been the play in the sector. What a crazy guy. He should be throwing penalty flags all over the set tonight for not alerting everyone to NXG earlier.

Our copper production and gold exploration play TGB has outperformed even NXG. TGB has been up as much as 126% since our profile at $1.67 on January 27th at a P/E of only 7.26. It is still undervalued sitting at a P/E of 13.62.

5:45 AM: Our latest stock pick is another alternative energy play. QTWW just expanded into the lithium battery space.

It is clear that gold and energy stocks will continue to be great performing stocks. However, Wall Street is just beginning to realize that alternative energy stocks will become even greater performers in reaction to high fuel costs. The majority of cars in the future will not run on gasoline. Lithium power is much cleaner and more efficient. Legacy car technology will be slowly replaced by the new technology being proven by companies like HYBT, HOKU, MCEL and QTWW. People are ready to switch, big car companies are still lagging the process even with all the pressure around them. They will not hold out for much longer, companies like GM have to enter the game.

We emailed HYBT to see how far their street cars could travel on a full charge. On average, their re-engineered lithium powered cars like Chrysler Crossfire can travel 150 miles on one charge. Now, in general, it would only cost $3.60 to recharge their lithium batteries over night at a $0.12 cents per kilowatt hour rate. Let's say a gas fueled car gets 28 miles to the gallon and travels that same 150 miles. During that 150 mile trip the gas fueled car would use up 5.35 gallons of fuel at an estimated cost of $3.00 a gallon for a total cost of $16.05. The person with the lithium powered car by Hybrid Technologies just saved $12.45 on just that one 150 mile trip. Now, over a four year period that person may travel 48,000 miles. Using the same numbers as above, the person who owns the gas powered car would pay $5,142 in gasoline fueling costs. The person driving the Hybrid Technology car would pay only $1,152 in recharging costs for a savings of $3,990. Savings will be even greater due to significantly rising gas prices over the next four years.

2:26 PM: FUEL almost reached $4.00 this morning. It has been rebounding nicely since its recent downtrend.

2:29 PM: Earnings should allow IFO to break through resistance at $14.00 and head towards $16.00.

2:36 PM: OPTV is going to release earnings on Wednesday, May 10th at 5:00 PM. The earnings release should be great and push OPTV to a new 52-week high above $3.45. Time Warner released earnings today and experience strong results in their cable TV business. We believe this bodes well for OPTV. OpenTV has the best interactive TV technology in the market.

5:13 PM: IFO announced at the bell that they plan on presenting at a micro cap financial conference on Tuesday, May 9th. This is the next day after their earnings release. The company must be excited about getting their results out there, they are also holding a conference call at 4:30 on Monday. The number to listen to the IFO call is 1.800.299.7098, it is also being webcast at infosonics.com.

11:05 AM: NXG is up $0.21 to $4.36 this morning after reporting earnings last night at 8:38 PM. NXG hit its EPS estimate of $0.10 per share by reporting net income of $21.73 million for the first quarter. This company is showing why it is one of the best gold plays in the market right now. NXG produced 77,634 ounces of gold and 22.3 million pounds of copper for the quarter. Cash cost per ounce of gold production at their Kemess mine was a record low $27 per ounce. Gold prices are sitting at $666.50 per ounce. It is clear why NXG is so profitable.

1:50 PM: Our stock pick from yesterday, HOKU, has turned the corner today aiming for a higher high in comparison to its recent trend. HOKU is now up $0.38 to $7.08.

6:40 PM: One play that is going to become huge very soon is NMKT. It has fallen the last two days and is now sitting at $0.454. This company is so aggressive overseas and about to illustrate all that growth in their first quarter numbers. Fourth quarter net income came in at $1.45 million on revenue of $15.32 million. Who knows, net income for Q1 could come in at $2 million on $17.5 - $20 million in revenue. There is little downside and huge upside with NMKT.

11:23 AM: Our stock of the week posted last night, IFO, is up $0.79 to $13.73 this morning.

11:36 AM: Hybrid Technologies is continuing its effort to put their lithium batteries in everything possible. The United States Navy is working with Hybrid on fleet replacement. HYBT is also working with NASA. The company's small, smart car shown on the Regis and Kelly show can travel 1000 miles on just one charge. HYBT is up 5.12%.

11:42 AM: FUEL is finally turning the corner now up $0.16 to $3.51. We thought Friday was going to be a reversal for FUEL. We expect FUEL to return to $4.00 this week.

11:52 AM: MCEL was awarded a US Air Force contract this morning. MCEL is currently up 6.67%, alternative energy stocks are starting to become hot. The military knows the value of becoming less oil dependent. Another alternative energy stock is FCEL, we profiled it back in August of 2004 at $7.76. FCEL is currently sitting at $13.73. We believe it will break out to $14.70 within the next day or two.

12:00 PM: We will be re-profiling another alternative energy play at a great buying point. It is currently riding below the radar. We will release the stock pick by the closing bell.

12:45 PM: USGL is consolidating the Cortez trend by acquiring several pink sheet companies. The company formally offered White Knight shareholders a 25% premium to their current price. USGL plans to make formal offers to the shareholder of NVPGF. We have been following the NVPGF situation since it was sitting at $1.26 on March 30th. We speculated that NVPGF would be bought out at $1.80. NVPGF is now sitting at $1.76. Its possible that NVPGF will be bought out soon at a price of $2.20 or higher.

2:39 PM: GIGM is up huge today to $9.10, up over 10%. We found GIGM on June 13th of last year at $2.24.

5:30 AM: RADA posted as our first stock pick of today.

6:00 AM: There have been a lot of emails about NMKT. Earnings are due out on Monday. We expect them to meet this deadline mainly due to their addition of a CFO earlier this year. The CEO no longer has to wear so many hats and it is showing in their results. He can focus on macro-management. Now, there has been a question of dilution with 128.08 million shares currently outstanding. The CEO is aware of this worry and he is doing his best to renegotiate preferred share conversions. The plan is to convert preferred shares to subsidiary company stock instead of NMKT parent company stock. For instance, NMKT has acquired quite a few companies in Asia. The CEO is trying to convince the companies NMKT acquired into converting their preferred shares into NewMarket China shares. NewMarket China will later be spun out by NMKT. NewMarket plans to retain 51% of NewMarket China and issue a property dividend to NMKT shareholders as well. This is the revolutionary part of NMKT that many have yet to envision when analyzing this company. NMKT is now generating major cash flows and net income. For the most recent quarter, NMKT reported revenue of $15.32 million and net income of $1.45 million. Put this in perspective, NMKT reported revenue of $24.97 million and net income of $154,000 for all of 2004. There's not many companies out there growing as fast as NMKT. Especially none sitting at a market cap of only $62.89 million. The street can not continue to ignore NMKT's results and it will not be stuck on the OTC BB much longer. NMKT is primed for a breakout, there has been heavy accumulation between $0.45 and $0.53 over the past 14 trading days.

3:04 PM: JRJC is indicating a possible reversal today. PTCH held in the green today after reversing yesterday.

3:07 PM: IFO is up $0.84 so far today to $18.35. It is closing in on our $24.00 target set at $10.80, 14 trading days ago. IFO may face some resistance at its current level and then move quickly to $24.00.

2:24 PM: Stocks are down almost across the board today. The Nasdaq is down 1.64% today over 38. Gold is up $15.80 and oil is up $1.12 to $73.12.

The market is beginning to look more for undervalued stocks and continuing to buy up all the oil and gold stocks it can.

2:51 PM: NMKT announced a VoIP contract worth $2 million through its VoIP subsidiary Xiptel. Xiptel currently has annualized revenue of $10 million and is run by the former COO of Qwest, Peter Geddis. Just wait until NMKT spins out Xiptel onto the the Nasdaq someday. NMKT shareholders will receive shares and NMKT may even retain 51% control of the company. NMKT is currently up $0.017 today to $0.494.

2:56 PM: EZM announced earnings yesterday morning with revenue of $88.9 million from sales of 38.7 million pounds of copper. Net earnings came in at $17.4 million. EZM plans on hitting its target of 195 million pounds of copper produced this year. EZM is up 12.41% today to $2.99.

3:00 PM: The Nasdaq is now down over 47. It is key to play stocks that do well in this type of market - gold, copper, alternative energy, oil, old economy and undervalued plays. We have profiled several of each of these types over the last few months. The emerging economies of the world are also heating up.

2:55 PM: NMKT is acting in a similar way as IFO last week. We made IFO our stock of the week last week and it didn't move big until this week. We made NMKT our stock of the week this week and it may not move big until earnings are released on Monday. NMKT is just as solid of a situation as IFO was, there is little downside for NMKT right now. IFO continues to ride the earnings momentum today up 9.52%. NMKT deserves to ride similar momentum.

2:56 PM: OPTV is holding it earnings conference call at 5:00 PM today. OPTV ran nicely after its last earnings report, we expect the in after hours tonight and tomorrow.

3:15 PM: We believe Wall Street is coming onto companies involved heavily in foreign markets including Latin America and China. One reason why NMKT, NewMarket Technology, is such a good company is because of its heavy concentration in the two markets mentioned above.

I was out last night with one of my best friends now graduating from the Naval Academy. He wanted a stock to play as soon as possible. He wanted a stock involved in Latin America or China realizing that the growth is in the emerging economies of the world.

NMKT is clearly the play involved in acquiring cutting edge of technology for implementation in both Asia and Latin America. Those patient enough to hold NMKT for the long-term will be the ones with the largest gains.

I told him that gold/copper mining and other old economy stocks are good long-term plays as well, but that SpeculatingStocks.com has already had huge runs in these stocks. Gold closed above $700 yesterday and could go to $1000. The bigger gold stocks just won't move as fast as a company like NMKT.

2:42 PM: NICH just reported that their Designer Intimates division signed a license agreement with Disney Consumer Products worth $8 million in revenue. NICH is currently up $1.58 or 29.81% today and 35.43% since our profile three trading days ago. It should easily reach our $9.00 target.

7:52 PM: IFO reported strong first quarter financial results. Revenue came in at $54.1 million, an increase of 125% over Q105. Net income increased 163% to $827,000. IFO closed the day strong up 7.95% and is up another 9.70% in after hours.

2:55 PM: The market is beginning to retreat from its highs of the day. We will be providing alerts on stocks soon.

3:27 PM: DVW finally breaking out today, now up 7.82%. We expected this type of run much earlier this week. The market is finally allowing the to do what investors expect. We really like the telecom sector right now. We released two major telecom/VoIP plays in our Top 10 stock pick list, which we consider significantly undervalued compared to DVW and other stocks in the sector. Cisco has taken the one company under its wings with a major ownership stake.

3:38 PM: IFO is facing some resistance at $20.00. It may turn lower just a bit over the next few days, but we are confident it will reach our target of $24.00 within 15 - 30 days.

3:42 PM: Gold and copper stocks are still lagging a bit. It is not surprising considering the huge run higher they experienced this entire year so far. We will alert members when we believe they are a great buy again.

One gold play that remains interesting even in the correction environment is NVPGF. NVPGF hit our target of $1.80 after our short-term strong buy profile at $1.26. NVPGF is now back down to $1.30. USGL stated in a PR on May 1st that they plan on making a formal offer to buyout Nevada Pacific Gold Ltd. shareholders as well as a few other similar comopanies. USGL is creating Nevada's premier exploration company. NVPGF is the way to play USGL.

4:15 PM: NMKT is holding a conference call on Monday at 4:05 PM Eastern. The call is being webcast. NMKT is continuing its earnings rebound after the confusion from earlier this week. We expect the rebound to continue on Monday and Tuesday.

Thursday, May 18

6:20 AM: WPTE is beginning to look interesting again. The stock is working off of its recent low of $4.77. The company is revamping its online poker room. WPTE would really fly if the United States ever legalized online poker. Right now, US players are restricted from playing on WPTE's poker software for real money. Companies based in England such as Party Gaming have a huge advantage over WPTE for the simple reason that they can target US players while WPTE can not. It's ashame that we hamstring our own US companies when the fact is that teens already play on Party Poker and sites like Poker Stars all the time. WPTE has the right brand in the World Poker Tour but they made a big mistake not moving the company to England or the Caribbean. Las Vegas also has its own agenda to stop online poker from growing. Sometimes the first mover in an industry like the World Poker Tour does not reap the benefits of the industry. However, we still think they have a chance to succeed within the online poker space someday.

4:41 PM: NMKT traded as high as $0.459 today before closing up 3.57%. This company is great at communication and once again they came through with a letter to shareholders. 1:59 PM: Nasdaq down 0.99% today. Dow down 1.52%. This run lower in the market has really caused a lot of stocks to approach oversold levels. This correction was needed and is healthy for stocks. We are confident the market will get turned around soon.

However, when a company like NMKT does not rise on such a good earnings report, then something is clearly wrong with the market. We strongly believe that if NMKT would have reported earnings the same time as IFO, then they would have had the same sort of run IFO did.

2:21 PM: We have received the stocks members have been submitting. We are looking at a few as possible candidates for our top 10 list. There really isn't a better time to create such a list with such a correction in the market.

4:27 AM: We're surprised NMKT did not release earnings last night. EDGAR did not even release a filing onto the wires. From what we hear, NMKT submitted their 10QSB filing to EDGAR's system. If they were not going to file on time they would have said something last Friday like they have done in the past. Look for the report this morning.

DVW, our short-term strong buy profile from Friday, held up very well yesterday. We are confident this one is turning the corner and will reach our target price.

A reversal was confirmed on JRJC yesterday. Expect another up day tomorrow and for the stock to reach our target especially with the way it is acting.

Gold and coppers stocks paid the price yesterday for the recent bullish market in commodities. We expect gold and copper stocks to cool off, but only in the short-term. In the long-term they will become a great buy again.

Look for micro and small cap tech stocks to start taking the lead in the market.

4:57 PM: We will be discussing NMKT in greater detail soon. It went as low as $0.402 today before rebounding and closing at $0.435. We don't feel that there is much to panic about, this company is still one of the fastest growing companies on Wall Street. Q1 is generally NMKT's weakest profit quarter. NMKT reported net income of $434,000 up from $102,000 in Q105. That's a 326% increase. Cash flow came in at $879,902. There is nothing wrong with this company for it to drop as much as it did today. Way too much panic out there.

6:38 PM: We have been working diligently on our top 10 list to be released Thursday night at 9:00 PM Eastern. We expect each and every stock pick in the list to be a huge winner over the next six months.

7:25 PM: NMKT reported net income of $1.45 million for Q4 and only $434,000 for Q1. However, this $434,000 is a 326% increase over the same period last year. If the $1.45 million for Q4 increases the same amount as Q106 over Q105 then shareholders can possibly expect a profit of $6.18 million for Q406. We believe NMKT is done getting their ducks in a row and will begin to issue property stock dividends in the coming months.

2:09: NMKT is beginning to pursue larger North American systems integration service contracts. Today the company close a $3 million contract with the potential to increase by 30% each year. Anyone out there who says this company can not sustain growth is dead wrong. NMKT somehow down 1.98% on this news.

2:17 PM: HYBT is back down to the $9.00 level where it historically holds support right below at $8.60 to $8.80. It has jumped off these prices several times since early March.

4:48 PM: VG, Vonage Holdings Corp., went public today at $17 and closed at $14.85. Vonage generated revenue of $119 million in Q1 spending $88.3 million on marketing. Vonage is not profitable. NewMarket recently announced that their VoIP subsidiary, Xiptel, is currently generating $10 million in annualized revenue. Xiptel will not have a problem generating profits due to the connections in place through NewMarket and its client base and sales force. We believe Xiptel will hold its IPO on the Nasdaq sometime in the next year. Peter Geddies, former COO, of Qwest Communications may not settle for less.

The AMEX has changed its requirements for listing to $2.00 a share. However, NMKT has applied long before this and could be grandfathered in. NMKT is above the old requirement of a $50 million market cap. Forget NMKT's recent price drop, just remember that this company is at a market cap of only $53.47 million with revenue last quarter of $17.33 million and a $434,000 profit. The quarter before NMKT had a profit of $1.451 million. Money will pour back into NMKT using proceeds from property dividends. We expect NewMarket to announce some initial public offerings first distributed to NMKT shareholders. This could be Redmoon Inc., Sensitron Inc., Xiptel Communications/IP Global Voice, NewMarket China, NewMarket Latin America, Homeland Security, Medical Office Software. NewMarket has all kinds of companies under its wings just waiting to go public and receive that market value that will reward NMKT shareholders. 1:50 PM: Nasdaq now down close to 34 with the Dow in the red 137 points. Gold is up, copper is down, oil and natural gas are up.

With the market continuing to peform poorly, it is time to turn back to our favorite gold plays that corrected last week and are now beginning a new run.

NXG is up 3.47% so far today. NXG has gapped up the past two trading days. It might drop below $3.50 and then head to above $4.50. Either way the situation is looking bullish.

QEE is holding steady today at $0.40 and beginning to make a steady move to above $0.50.

Also, expect MRB to move in this environment.

USGL is one of the most aggressive gold companies out there and moves like it. USGL is a gold play we love especially on pullbacks. USGL is up 8.64% today.

Gold currently has a market price of $660.50 an ounce.

There are very few sectors in the green right now. Other sectors will recover, but right now it is too risky to be in them. Gold and oil stocks are the play right now.

5:12 PM: We've been receiving several inquiries into NMKT. Most everyone we hear from is confident about NMKT, but they just aren't sure why it is going down. Part of the problem is the market, part of it is dilution (continuing to be less and less a problem), part is its history with the market makers and bashers out there, and part is due to the huge fluctuation in this stock in the past that scares investors. The good news is that NMKT has become even more undervalued and currently has support at $0.375. Also, NMKT went up on strong volume and has been moving down on low volume. Those who hold for the long run will recover their short-term losses and generate significant long-term profits. This company is far from failing and has been succeeding since the current CEO took over in the summer of 2002. Wall Street has yet to respect his and the company's accomplishments. The whole thing is becoming more and more shocking. Let it be known that NewMarket has one of the best telecommunication and emerging economy strategies out there. Any buy even at its recent high of $0.695 in early April will generate huge gains in the long run. Those holding NMKT need to remain patient and confident in their investment. We would not be surprised to see NMKT release some surprising news once the market turns for the better. Logically, NMKT is an amazing investment, yet so much emotion is hurting it, we expect the emotion to change in its favor someday and put it on the other end of the spectrum and become a Wall Street darling.

4:53 AM: We spent all night researching the oil and gas play to be released on Monday. It will be named the Stock of the Week. We will be doing much more research over the weekend and everything will be in the featured profile. The price that we think this stock will move to is 148% above its current price. 2:45 PM: The Nasdaq was down as much as 41.16 today and is now down 20.61. A possible reversal may be in the making. The economy is doing well, companies have been indicating this and the market will soon follow again.

8:47 PM: Several members have been asking SpeculatingStocks.com for a short-term oil and gas play that can move very quickly. The market rebounded today as we thought it would and oil and gas stocks are about to become the hottest stocks in the market over the next several days. We have found what we believe to be the best oil and gas play in the market right now in terms of expected price appreciation. 2:29 PM: NMKT squeeze trigger was set at $0.44, there are now 35.5 million shares shorted since January 2005 and new positions established leading up to April 6th when the stock hit $0.695. These shorts will have to cover leading to a short squeeze. The shorts play to the doubts of the longs attempting to send the price down. NewMarket is one of the healthiest growing companies around. NMKT is up 6.02% going for two green days in a row.

12:40 PM: IFO has been pulling back big time now down to $24.03. The company is paying a two-for-one split on June 19th to shareholders of record this Friday, June 9th. IFO was really overbought above $30.00. IFO is at a more respectable price right now based on short-term technicals.

1:05 PM: We said yesterday in the stock notes, "NMKT is approaching an extremely oversold condition and should reverse tomorrow with possible news imminent." Even without news NMKT is reversing today and finally in the green. This is a start of changing the recent trend.

5:13 PM: IFO closed down close to six dollars at $22.76. We will have to wait to see where this ends up. It will be a great buy once again after this correction.

11:15 AM: PYOL is looking good for a possible run higher from its current price of $5.69 if it can break through $6.00. It could see $8.00 or $10.00 after breaking through resistance. Remember, this one hit our $10.00 target set at $6.50 in just three days. It moves extremely quick when it gains momentum. The environment is different this time around so it might take longer to happen.

11:30 AM: NMKT is approaching an extremely oversold condition and should reverse tomorrow with possible news imminent. Tuesday is historically a news day for NMKT and it can not come at a better time. From what we hear an AMEX listing is possible over the next month or two.

11:45 AM: PEIX, our profile from yesterday, opened up at $28.66. The market is beginning to bring it down, but if the market allows it, PEIX can pop $5.00 in one day.

10:18 AM: NMKT released news this morning. The company expects their VoIP subsidiary XIPTEL to generate a forecasted $19.30 million in revenue in 2007. XIPTEL is using Linux and other open source softwares to lower costs. XIPTEL is taking measures to reduce costs that other companies would not be willing to take. Open source software is copyleft meaning it is meant to be shared and the code can be worked on by anyone. A company just needs the right people to work with it to make it high powered.

3:34 PM: WCI just posted as our latest stock pick! WCI is a significantly undervalued home builder stock.

10:51 AM: We believe NMKT is holding back news and will not release anything too significant until the tech market turns higher. The key for NMKT is to stay above $0.34 and wait for that AMEX listing. There is no reason for the AMEX not to accept NMKT. They had their application in and have met the requirements since. There may be some IPO announcements coming as well, long overdue.

It looks like NMKT will stay above that $0.34 mark with news just released. The company announced a $1 million North American Services Contract. The contract is expected to expand to $3 million over its term of three years. The contractor has operations in South America. If NewMarket does well on this contract, it would not be surprising to see many more contracts from the same company except work down in South America.

NMKT is currently up $0.03 to $0.38.

The Nasdaq closed down $18.85 today. Everything really sold off again at the end of the day. Eighth straight down day for the Nasdaq. We are going to hold off on our stock pick, things looked brighter earlier until the bottom dropped out of the Nasdaq.

4:24 PM: Look at how bad Wall Street is punishing IFO for restating Q1 net income. The company was using marked to market to book their warrants, the same type of accounting (marked to market) Enron used at times. However, IFO admitted this mistake and they are being slammed for it. The mistake only forces earnings down 32.5%. IFO is now down significantly from its recent high of $34.62. IFO closed down $2.80 today to $14.58. IFO is a perfect case showing how finicky the market is right now.

The Fed is expected to announce a quarter-point increase interest rates to 5.25%. If they do increase the interest rate, it will be announced on Thursday of next week.

12:44 PM: NICH announced news this morning that it plans to acquire Saguaro® to eliminate alliance royalties and fees between the two. NICH's backlog of Saguaro® is at $12.0 million. NICH is up 11.04% today. This stock has popped on the last two news stories.

12:54 PM: TGB just made a huge turn around today from a low of $2.17 at around 11:30 to a high now of $2.34. It is so important to get in at the right point and scratch away every penny you can on your side of profitability.

1:08 PM: Here's our view on NMKT right now, just posted in our stock updates: NMKT is being really quiet. This company must have major news in its back pocket or a possible AMEX listing. NMKT has really, really strong support at $0.345. The market makers are not ever dropping the bid below this point. NMKT: This one is going to sky rocket once it announces an AMEX listing. The big boys will pour in after an AMEX listing. Institutions and portfolio managers want a piece of the emerging markets - Brazil, Southeast Asia, and Latin America. Stock managers will not miss NMKT with a name like NewMarket. That will throw up a major flag to help the company become discovered.

TGB: This stock was just at $4.25 in May and has given investors a second opportunity to buy in very cheap. TGB is trading at a PE of only 8.11 while its still unrecognized by many of the speculators out there. TGB deserves to be trading above its 52-week high of $4.25. We believe it is only a matter of time for this one to double. TGB also has the upside of their Prosperity Gold/Copper Project.

FUEL: Streicher Mobile Fueling was a hurricane play last summer and will become one again this summer. FUEL was at this same price level at this time last year and moved to as high as $5.55 by the end of September. All the bad news is behind this company and investors will be screaming hurricane play and a price to sales of only 0.11. For the last nine months, FUEL reported revenue of $181.34 million. FUEL is trading at a market cap of only $24.34 million with heavy support at its current level.

ADSX: This company is one of the most exciting tech companies around that everyone is ignoring right now. ADSX has dropped recently for no reason and is going to spin out its VeriChip division once the market allows. ADSX has a book value of $0.96, now trading at 1.82 times book value. The industry average price to book is 6.7. There's close to $21 million in cash on the balance sheet and first quarter revenue increased 47.5% to $32.3 million. ADSX is just emerging from an extremely oversold condition.

SWSI: This stock was at a 52-week high of $40.13 back in early May. The company filed to sell 2 million shares on May 26th and the stock surprisingly climbed to $34.00 before dropping to its current support at $24.00. The proceeds will be used to build six new service centers and buy oilfield service equipment. The oil well services business is in so much demand right now and this company is one of the best positioned small companies out there. Revenue grew 83% in the latest quarter to $47.7 million with net income of $6.36 million. SWSI is extremely oversold right now and just reversed today.

1:45 PM: We love ADSX at $1.70, but this market might drive it even lower, so its a search for the bottom right now. The bottom could be $1.60.

2:45 PM: The House is voting today to restrict poker players from using credit cards to transfer money to online poker sites. The bill is expected to pass. The bill will leave the bigger issue up to each state. If state's begin legalizing online gambling, a company like WPTE would benefit huge and even GIGM with its Everest Poker brand. Over half of all poker players on the Internet are playing from within the United States, yet most online casinos are outside of the U.S. so they accept americans money. WPTE can not accept american players money. Watch out if WPTE ever can accept the american dollar.

We are very happy with our NGA stock pick released at $4.50 on June 28th as a short-term strong buy. It hit our price target of $6.50 and hit a new 52-week high of $7.89. This stock is now coming onto everyone's radar screen at $6.94.

The markets were mostly up overseas last night. The futures for the Nasdaq, DJ and S&P are currently in the green.

We are going to start finding even more winners with Q2 earnings season fast approaching.

11:49 AM: A significant opportunity in the very near term is CLWT sitting at a market cap of only $20.50 million with revenue in 2005 at $31.25 million and net income of $733,000. CLWT dropped down for no reason. This stock moves quick with only 1.35 million shares in the float and it is just emerging from a severely oversold condition.

4:00 PM: NMKT closed at its high today up 6.35% to $0.335 on news that the company signed a contract with a Fortune 100 Global Enterprise. The contract was signed by NMKT's regional operation in Latin America. The client is Petroleos de Venezuela, S.A., a Venezuelan state-owned petroleum company. The petroleum company invests over $400 million each year in IT. The current contract with NMKT is valued between $7 million and $10 million over three years. The market is just coming onto NMKT again and the company is about to move above a $50 million market cap required for an AMEX listing.

We believe NMKT is one of the best plays in the market right now. We commented significantly on NMKT two days ago in the stock notes. NMKT is building a really nice chart!

The market is heading deep into earnings season with the standout being AAPL. Apple reported a 48 percent increase in earnings and closed up $6.40 today, trading as high as $61.59.

Some stocks to watch from our past stock picks: URME, SMTX, BTJ.

NGA ran up close to a new 52-week high today! We predicted yesterday in the stock notes that NGA had this sort of run left in it.

SEVI is back down near the $0.008 accumulation level.

4:00 PM: Last Friday, we commented on NGA, "$5.57 may turn out to be a great buying point." Today, NGA traded up huge to $6.91 up $1.16 or 20.17%. NGA should now have enough momentum to reach a new 52-week high above $7.95 within the next one or two days. NGA earnings are expected to be out within the next 1 - 2 weeks. We believe there is one more huge run up left in NGA before earnings our on earnings day.

NVDA which we mentioned last night continued its momentum today closing up $0.82 or 4.37%.

Remarks from Bernanke were taken well by the market with economic growth moderating to a more healthy level and inflation contained for the time being.

We believe companies like NewMarket (NMKT) will lead the wave of next generation companies into Asia and Latin America. IFO, another company involved in Latin America, is being quiet again. NMKT and IFO, both should not be down so low. These two companies are growing too fast to be held down for much longer.

TINY is really shaping up as we expected. Investors can expect it to go to $11.00 soon. TINY closed up 5.58% today. NANX is looking nice for a quick move higher as well.

SEVI jumped 39.53% today. We commented last friday in the stock updates area that investors will be accumulating down at $0.008. Those who did most likely sold today for a quick gain.

The hurricane season is beginning and FUEL is lingering. It has been pulling back, but we don't expect it to stay around $2.84 for long. Notice the run that FUEL made late last August and September when hurricane Katrina hit. FUEL went from $2.33 to $5.01 in a two day span.

4:00 PM: BCON closed up $0.22 to $1.36 on 3.67 million shares, the most shares traded in one day since early June. This company has the technology to improve the power grid in a huge way. Investors are just waiting for them to enter the sales phase proving their business model.

There were power outages today with the high temperatures across the country. Inestors will find BCON.

We will be releasing our comments on the NMKT 8-K release today. Stocks were pulled higher at the end of the day with Wall Street expecting strong earnings by Yahoo!

The Fed will be talking tomorrow and could cause a turn around in the market. Like we've been saying there are many bargains out there and the market could run higher quickly.

5:00 PM: If you have not read this yet, please do: NMKT Form 8-K, NewMarket Letter to Shareholders. From NMKT CEO, "The next twelve months, beginning almost immediately, are going to be very exciting for the company and its shareholders." NewMarket is planning on spinning out its (1) Systems Integration Business, (2) Regional Chinese Operations, (3) Voice over Internet Protocol Services (VoIP) Business. NMKT shareholders will receive property dividends in each spin out in the near term and subsequent corporate spin outs. These spun out public corporations will be used to acquire and aggressively grow NMKT as a whole without diluting the NMKT shareholder base. There are bold steps expected to be taken over the next six months. Subsidiary business operations will become publicly listed.

NMKT is currently trading at a price to sales ratio of 0.77 based on $65 million in forecasted revenue for 2006. The second quarter will be the first quarter to fully recognize the acquisition of UniOne of Brazil. NMKT's $45.42 market cap is not in line with peers and a significant increase in share price can be expected.

We believe an AMEX listing is coming, but NMKT must get back above that $50 million market cap, which should not be hard with events in the pipeline.

NMKT traded up only 2.99% today or one cent to $0.31. We believe this may finally be the bottom for NMKT.

5:38 PM: NVDA is looking good right now at $18.78. It closed up 5.45% today and may be one of the first stocks to recover strong.

3:35 PM: ZONS reported earnings today with quarterly earnings more than doubling to $2.92 million compared with $1.3 million over the same period last year. Revenue increased 13.9%. ZONS is up 66.8% since our long-term strong buy profile last December.

3:50 PM: We are still awaiting NGA earnings. The stock reached a high of $9.00 and has since had a healthy pull back. If earnings are strong, which we expect, then this stock should go to a new 52-week high and possibly $10.00.

3:10 PM: The Nasdaq is backed up slightly today, but nothing to get flustered about. A few investors are locking in profits before the Q2 GDP report. This market is set on moving forward from here with all the bargains out there. We will be releasing a new stock pick later tonight.

3:15 PM: NMKT released a couple PRs earlier today. The stock currently has a squeeze trigger price of $0.44. Right now, NMKT is possibly the most undervalued it ever has been at $44.98 million based on their current situation and future prospects. NMKT will be releasing property dividends to shareholders. It would not surprise us to see investors placing the property dividend money right back into NMKT. It will be an infinite cycle of share price appreciation and spin outs.

3:20 PM: CYNO is a great buy at its current level. It has fallen on not much volume even though the company reported record revenue of $18.1 million, up 40% of the same period last year. Net income came in at $1.4 million, up from $0.3 million the year before.

1:20 PM: The market is attempting to make an afternoon rally and finish in the green for the day. The market needs to finish up for a third straight day. We believe the Nasdaq will go green by 2:00 PM.

1:49 PM: The Nasdaq just went into the green for the day with the Dow now up over 27 points. This is all happening with oil up $0.90.

2:10 PM: PMTR is beginning to look very interesting with earnings to be released tomorrow at 5:00 PM ET. PMTR was our stock pick from July 10th while the stock was at $3.47. PMTR is up 10.6% since that profile, but we believe a larger run may be in the works. The company set a conservative sales forecast of $200 - $220 million for Q1 with net income expected to be positive. Remember, PMTR is trading at a market cap of only $173.67 million, significantly undervalued.

PMTR has a 52-week high of $4.14 and has continued to reach new 52-week highs over the last year.

2:22 PM: NGA is up again today reaching a new 52-week high of $8.63. We explained why NGA was going to move higher at $7.40 on Monday in the Stock Notes. Our NGA stock pick is now up over 91.7% since our profile less than one month ago.

TTM is also building major momentum and has a real chance of seeing $17.00 within the next five trading days.

2:35 PM: The Nasdaq is now up over 9 points. The market is beginning to act strong again. More and more bulls will come into the market with every up day that they are missing out on.

12:10 PM: ASPV is up 5.24% today to $23.30 and up 16.2% since our long-term strong buy profile last Wednesday at $20.05. The company will be holding an earnings conference call tomorrow after the bell at 5:00 PM.

NKBS has been reversing since its bottom at $1.44. We believe it will reach $1.80 within the next 5 - 10 trading days.

2:29 PM: NGA is currently up $0.25 to $8.06. This stock is performing very strongly in the current environment. If you missed what we wrote about it yesterday, make sure to read it in the stock notes.

4:45 PM: Stock updates just posted. Metal prices rose today and look like they are reversing after a downtrend. This bodes well for NGA, which is sensitive to zinc prices. This also bodes well for copper sensitive TGB.

1:42 PM: The market is off to great start for the week. A few major mergers have been completed today including AMD acquiring ATYT. ATYT is in the graphics chip space and is up 18.12% so far today. NVDA is a direct competitor to ATYT in the same space. NVDA is up 8.84% today.

We expect earnings will be able to turn this market around. Most companies are doing well; however, other concerns (geopolitical and inflation) have weakened the market over the last two months.

It will be interesting to see if the market can end in the green tomorrow and start the beginning of a rally. It would be healthy for the Nasdaq to just have a 25 - 30 point gain today, so that it can have another 25 - 30 point gain tomorrow.

2:49 PM: NGA may just now become a huge play. Last quarter (reported on April 26), the company reported revenue of $15.4 million, a 66% increase over the same period last year. Net income came in at $982,000. The first quarter set records across the board for the company. Sales increased due to higher zinc prices due to costs being passed through to buyers. The rising costs of zinc allow NGA to increase their gross profit margin.

The London Metals Exchange (LME) tracks the market price for zinc. Zinc prices increased dramatically in Q1 with the average price at $1.02 per pound. The price at the end of Q1 was $1.22 per pound. The three month average price of zinc is now up to $1.45!!! Zinc prices went as high as $1.82.

This will all lead to another record quarter for NGA. The Q2 may have very well been the perfect storm for this company to blow away even Q1. The only kink has been declining metal prices over the last week or so, but that will be part of Q3 and we doubt metal prices will keep declining throughout Q3.

Notice how the market took NGA's Q2 on April 27th. The stock gapped at the open and closed up 81.4% from the day before. We believe the crowd still does not know about NGA and with 3.69 million shares in the float it will have the chance to have a huge one or two day move based on the Q2 report. We expect earnings to be released this trading week. NGA is trading at a market cap of only $50 million. However, investors need to understand that the market has high expectations for NGA.

4:00 PM: MCZ had a huge day closing up 14.71% on major volume. The company reported first quarter results this morning including sales of $18.1 million, up 22.6% from the same period last year. Net loss was narrowed to $0.9 million, an improvement over a net loss of $2.1 million for the first quarter last year. Mad Catz plans to increase investment in R&D during upcoming quarters for new console accessory development.

Wednesday, August 9

9:50 PM: NetGear, NTGR, is taking away major business from Cisco in the small and medium business and home user networking product space. NTGR is also involved in VoIP through Skype. Skype is VoIP using computer software. They have created a WiFi phone to be used free within the home. The phone can also be used in an area with a WiFi network.

NTGR is in an uptrend right now and should see $25.00 within the next 1 - 2 months. This company has engineers working around the clock with strong connections to China. NetGear launches a new product every week.

11:47 AM: ALJ is up again today, over 5%, to a new 52-week high. IIG is up $0.57 to $14.27, we expect it to reach $16.00 soon. SIGM has been steadily increasing with an insider purchase by the CFO recently. Two analysts have placed a buy on SIGM in the last four months.

12:00 AM: RHAT has formed a double bottom and should see $25.00 at least within the next 15 - 30 days. RHAT could even see $29.00 in the next 1 - 2 months.

3:08 PM: MTXX is one of our favorite stocks for the remainder of 2006. This stock has an obvious seasonal trend to it. Around this time each year, MTXX starts moving higher. We've been watching it and right now at $14.36 appears to be a safe entry point to take advantage of the seasonality of this stock. MTXX is involved in the over-the-counter cold and flu market. We believe MTXX could see a 75% - 100% by the end of this upcoming January.

12:50 PM: The Federal Reserve has issued 17 straight quarter-percentage point hikes over the last two years. Many expect the Fed not to raise rates today. This would leave the interest rate at 5.25 percent. This should only add fuel to the fire for a September and late fall move higher.

1:00 PM: Alon USA Energy, ALJ, reported net income of $43.1 million for the second quarter, compared to $27.5 million in the same period a year ago. We profiled ALJ at $19.30 on March 1st. ALJ has risen over 106% since our profile.

1:05 PM: Wynn Resorts, WYNN, is up today, but even more important. The Chairman of WYNN, Jack Binion, purchased 219,608 shares valued at over $15.1 million on August 4th between $68.90 and $69.14. The buzz now is Macau in China. Macau is becoming China's "Las Vegas" and Wynn will be opening a property there in September.

1:15 PM: SMTX profit quadrupled to $1.3 million in the second quarter with revenue up to $61.1 million. SMTX is trading at $2.66 and a market cap of only $38.95. We can't believe this stock is so cheap. The company does have debt, but they have plans to pay it down.

1:23 PM: Loudeye Corporation, LOUD, looks like it will be bought out by Nokia at $4.50 per share. LOUD is up 405% now from our profile last June 16th.

2:46 PM: Oil is up $2.29 to $77.05 today. We don't expect this market to get much help in August. However, we expect September to be a huge month for the market.

There's not too much reason to chase stocks with the market not providing consistent conviction to the upside. However, we do believe short term opportunities will still continue to pop up even in this environment.

3:02 PM: ANDW jumped $1.64 today to $9.53, up 20.79% on an acquisition bid. We expected ANDW to hold out for a higher premium. A rival bid has now been offered by CommScope for $1.7 billion. ANDW is trading at a market cap of $1.52 billion even after today's move.

A few of the stocks we have been talking about in the stock notes and stock updates have been doing well. We stated NGA reached a bottom at $5.40 on Monday. NGA traded as high as $6.50 today reversing strong to the upside. SNTO gained 16.17% today, look for it to keep gaining. NKBS is close to breaking out with almost double the average volume traded in it today.

Tuesday, August 15

4:00 PM: RBAK rose 13.55% today to $18.65, after rising 11.70% yesterday. The higher priced stocks are performing the best in this current environment.

Investors are still shying away from micro cap stocks until a bullish environment is confirmed. Look at NMKT for instance, the company reported Q2 revenue of $16.9 million, up 63% from last year. Net income came in at $482,000, up 323%. Stockholder's equity improvements continues to strengthen NMKT's balance sheet. NMKT is trading near its book value of $0.265. Most bulletin board stocks trade several times their book value. NMKT is trading at a PE of 12.6 based on profit over the last four quarters. The second quarter for NMKT is generally the weakest quarter with the third and fourth quarter being the strongest.

The Nasdaq closed up 45.97. This is a sign of what could happen in September with stocks being so low right now.

Monday, August 14

1:30 PM: MCZ is on the second leg of a strong uptrend after hitting a low of $0.30 on July 21st. MCZ is up $0.05, or 12.82% to $0.44 today.

NGA has reached a bottom down near $5.40. We are expecting a strong reversal from NGA. The stock is at the same bottom it saw in mid-July.

PARL finally reported their earnings. The company swung to a quarterly net loss due to a compensation charge, but otherwise would have been profitable. Quarterly sales rose 21% year over year. PARL rebounded today up 15.09%.

LBIX trended strongly higher all day finishing up 17.68%.

FORD is continuing to come back alive. APII traded over four times average volume today closing at $1.88, up 17.50%.

5:00 PM: Several biotech stocks have been moving strong lately. The biotech sector is a tough sector to invest in with several tiny biotech companies generating little revenue. Some have huge promise, others are close to profitability with a blockbuster drug close to completing trials. Some have technology that could be used to produce several blockbuster drugs. It depends if the promise, technology or profitability is already priced into the stock. Either way, the biotech sector has been producing some huge winners each day.

HOKU is reversing strong today from its recent downward trend. HOKU moved from the $2.30 level in mid-August to over $4.75 by the end of August. HOKU is now at a respectable entry price of $3.77 with the short-term picture looking bright.

If SOIGF can hold its current level at $5.00, we believe SOIGF can reach $6.00 - $6.50 or even $7.00. We would like to see tomorrow be an up day for SOIGF to confirm an upward trend.

OSTK is breaking out today up $1.44 to $19.77. Shorts are going to have to keep covering. However, another move higher for OSTK will take it to an overbought level. It will need to correct.

5:30 PM: ANGN had a huge day today up over 109% making it the #1 price percentage gainer on the Nasdaq today. The company reported record quarterly revenue of $8.8 million and net income of $655,000. Even after today's move ANGN is sitting at a market cap of $31.56 million. This shows how significantly undervalued ANGN was before today's move.

FNET, our profile from Friday, closed up $2.20 to $9.90, up 23.90% one day after our profile.

Another stock with a huge day was SCON, up 31.65% and the fourth largest price percentage gainer on the Nasdaq.

We are very excited about LUNA correcting much higher to the upside. The last time LUNA was this oversold it jumped 45.7% in six trading day. LUNA may drop further, but if it does, its just more panic selling and a better opportunity.

ADSX was oversold after yesterday's move lower and rebounded 13.48% today to $1.60. MOVI is also showing signs of life rebounding 11.86% today. MOVI has been oversold since mid-August and is looking like a play as we head towards the holiday season and increased movie viewing.

ROYL has become severely oversold after a great earnings report. ROYL is severely undervalued.

MCZ rose 7.32% today. The delayed launch of the new gaming systems has hurt MCZ and held them back from the next wave in their business cycle. We believe MCZ is a bargain down below $0.50. Investors will look at MCZ as a gaming play once the gaming market heats up this fall and winter.

LNUX continued its momentum discussed the other day. LNUX was up 8.66% today to $4.14. LNUX is just beginning to fill the gap between $4.13 and $4.42.

UTSI is about to reach a new 52-week high above $9.12.

TRLG is $2.04 away from reaching a new 52-week high above $24.36. TRLG has built an amazing chart since mid-May.

8:30 PM: Mark Cuban was on CNBC the other night speaking on several different subjects, but he said the next great business sector will be television. He believes the golden age of television is coming with all the High Definition, Liquid LCD's out there now and only becoming adopted more and more. Television stations will merge and there will be less of them, but the ones that survive will be the major players.

8:20 PM: PacificNet, PACT, was chosen by Motorola today as a designated channel partner and after-sale service provider in China. This is the second major customer for PACT after McDonalds last week. PACT is back on investors and trader radar. PACT finished up 4.16% today.

In commodities, silver is leading the way with lumber.

JCTCF is a wholesale lumber operation we profiled on September 23rd of last year at $11.52. JCTCF reached a high $19.15 in early April of this year. The stock recently rose from the $10.50 level to $14.95 and now sits at $13.90. The stock met resistance at $15.00. JCTCF is correcting a bit, but it should come back into play quickly again with lumber prices moving higher.

SLW is our pure silver play released as a stock pick last week on October 2nd. The stock just moved into the green.

11:00 AM: It took much longer than expected, but MOVI is finally moving up towards $2.50 as expected. MOVI is up 10.63% so far today.

11:15 AM: NMKT released buyout news this morning. APII and NMKT signed a letter of intent to begin formal negotiations and due diligence for APII to acquire all of NewMarket's outstanding stock at not less than $0.50 per share with a possibility for the shares to be acquired at a higher price.

This would give NMKT a NASDAQ listing through a reverse merger. Over five million shares have already been traded today in a heavy reversal of trend. We believe the news is still being absorbed by the market and expect a gap higher tomorrow morning like this stock did back in March.

There is heavy short interest against this stock and they do not want to see the company bought out at $0.50.

11:30 AM: The NASDAQ corrected down this morning into the red and already moved into the green, up over six points.

GNBT is up $0.36 to $2.57. This stock has been on a roll since we commented on it in our stock updates.

APII is up over 20% on the APII/NMKT news.

IFON is breaking out up 12.91% to $6.45, last Wednesday we stated in the Stock Updates section, " IFON is due for a breakout to $6.50 - $7.00 soon." Today, it is happening.

Yesterday, after the bell BRLC, a major player in the HDTV space, reported record quarterly revenue and earnings. Revenue came in at $87.0 million for the quarter with net income at $3.8 million. Full year, consolidated revenue guidance is in the range of $490.0 million to $520.0 million.

BRLC gapped higher at the open today and has traded huge volume, currently up 26.84% to $7.93. Even after today's move, BRLC is trading at a market cap of only $390.21 million. BRLC has significant potential over the next few years.

We expect bird flu stocks to come back into play this winter. GNBT has been settling at $2.00 after a run two-day run to $2.70. GNBT has not received as much attention as NVAX today, but GNBT is definetly on investors radar.

11:00 AM: WFII is up to $2.37 with wireless stocks coming back alive. It touched $2.52 within six days of our short-term strong buy profile at $2.15 on October 20th.

COGO is up 10.97% today, up to $16.49 from our long-term strong buy profile at $10.43 on July 27th. COGO is about to reach our $17.00 2 - 4 month target, right on time!!!

11:15 AM: NUAN gapped up this morning and already traded close to double average volume. NUAN is locked on now for a move above $13.00. We first found NUAN at $4.01.

MDV found a bottom at $11.01 today after a low of $11.00 yesterday. MDV is now up 4.09% to $11.97.

We believe oil and natural gas are down because of the upcoming elections. The incumbant Republicans want re-elected to hold control in the Senate. 9:35 AM: The NASDAQ opened up strong today already up over ten points. America's trade deficit narrowed by the most in five years, another good sign for the economy.

10:00 AM: CELL reported strong earnings last night after the bell and gapped higher today. We believe this is the start of a trend higher for CELL especially if the can trade above average volume today.

10:10 AM: GOAM gapped higher as well today. We have been following this one and it appears to be keeping up momentum as it moves toward a new 52-week high above $5.68.

DIET made a strong step so far today towards breaking out of its range. This stock usually gets hot around this time of year.

PEIX is starting great again today, up 3.88% so far today.

10:20 AM: EFUT has begun to move strong in the last 30 minutes. EFUT is now up $0.83 to $11.87. This one moves very fast with a float of only 1.1 million.

12:40 PM: EFUT hit a high of $13.32 today, already up 16.1% from our short-term strong buy profile two days ago! This stock is beginning to be called the next TZOO / TASR due to its high EPS and extremely low float characteristics as well as its popularity.

Mark this update for when this one is a lot higher, we were the first site to discover EFUT.

9:28 AM: The market's futures are down this morning expecting a red open. Democrats won control of the House of Representatives with Senate control still hanging in the balance as races in Montana and Virginia are still undecided. The market does not like this kind of uncertainty.

12:05 PM: The NASDAQ touched green twice so far today, not bad considering the uncertainty still out there.

Two days ago, in our Stock Hub Stock Notes we highlighted PEIX, an ethanol play. At the time, PEIX was in the $15.10 - $15.60 range. PEIX moved strong yesterday and the stock is moving strong again today up 7.15% to $17.38. Corn commodity prices are moving sharply higher today presumably because of increased ethanol demand by ethanol producers.

Stem cell stocks are coming alive as well. A pro stem cell bill passed the House and Senate, but was vetoed by the President. We believe a pro stem cell bill will eventually make it. Stem cells will help so many people. STEM is up 10.74% today to $3.40 on several times average volume.

12:30 PM: There are several isolated huge winners today. BITS reported a substantial increase in net income and revenue after the bell yesterday, the stock is up 16.81% today. BITS is up 149% since our profile one year ago to this day.

EMRG is up 9.55% today and up 131% since our profile last year.

BRLC, which we highlighted last Friday, is up 7.86% today to $7.96.

BHIP is a major winner again today, up 12.34% to $2.74. BHIP is finally getting close to overbought after high flying moves the last four days.

UBET is looking like an interesting little play. The company will be reporting earnings tomorrow after the bell at 4:30 PM. If you saw the Breeders Cup on ESPN this weekend, you would see how popular horse racing is becoming. The recent Internet Gambling Legislation passed does not effect UBET, they will still be able to take online bets. UBET is trading at a market cap of $148.80 million with quarterly revenue growing from $20.7 million to $27.7 million to $39.59 million over the last three quarters. Profit has moved from $1.47 million to $1.34 million to $2.19 million, respectively. The company has also sustained operating cash flow positive.

1:30 PM: On July 27th of this year, we gave COGO a long-term strong buy rating at $10.43 with a 2 - 4 month price target of $17.00. COGO is at a new 52-week high today, currently up $1.89 to $18.47. COGO has been up 77% since our long-term strong buy profile.

Presuming oil moves higher after the elections, PEIX is looking like a quick mover. PEIX is probably the most well known ethanol play. The chart looks good for a move to $20.00 from its current level or higher if the mood catches it right.

Small oil and gas plays that we follow have been moving - SOIGF, PTCH, MPET ahead of all the chatter with oil and gas.

2:00 PM: OPTV will be holding an earnings conference call after the bell today at 5:00 PM Eastern. This company has grown revenue the last three years from $64.1 million to $77.1 million to $87.3 million, while significantly decreasing net loss. As we have been commenting, TV stocks are becoming hot, not just Hi-Def, HDTV stocks, but also interactive TV stocks. Television is continuing to enter its golden age. We mean television on the Internet as well.

We are looking for positive earnings out of OPTV. AT&T is beginning to push their HOMEZONE, which is something OPTV probably has its hand in.

3:20 PM: TAG reported third quarter earnings this morning and strong growth in China demand. The stock is up over 10% right now at $0.97, down from its high on the day of $1.08. The company swung to a third quarter net income gain of $0.02 per share, a huge improvement over a loss of $0.56 per share during the same period last year. The company will be hosting a conference call today at 4:30 PM.

5:40 PM: EFUT ended the day on a huge run finishing up 48.27% to $29.49 and the float traded close to three times over. Nothing seems to be slowing this stock down.

7:25 AM: Oil is up over $63.00 a barrel. It looks like oil has a new price floor around $60.00 a barrel. Temperatures are cold across the United States, mostly below 35 degrees, this is having an impact on energy prices. The only 60 degree weather at this time is in South Florida.

The European markets are higher, Japan and Korea closed lower and China closed higher.

The dollar is up against major foreign currences today with gold prices down just a bit.

In other major news, borrowers are struggling to pay mortgage debt causing extended weakness in the housing market.

9:30 AM: The NASDAQ opened up 7 points higher.

10:15 AM: VIFL is up over 70% this morning after an E. Coli threat in New Jersey. At least three dozen were sickened at a Taco Bell. We first found VIFL at $1.05, over one year ago. VIFL hit $4.62 this morning, up 340% since our long-term strong buy profile.

12:30 PM: SMTX has a great chart to trade based upon. SMTX appears to have made its third bottoming pattern since the first one in June and early July. SMTX touched oversold yesterday and has reversed since. SMTX is at $2.40 and shoudln't have trouble seeing $3.00 from here within the next 30 days.

3:30 PM: IGTE is beginning to become interesting with the stock up over 5.00% today to $6.70. IGTE moved steadily through some key resistances today with important price points ahead at $6.86 and $7.00. IGTE has a 52-week high of $7.50. The company is profitable and involved in business outsourcing consulting for its clients.

12:15 PM: IOX is the fifth highest percentage point gainer on the AMEX today, up $0.19 to $2.30, or 9.00. IOX is up 27% since our profile on November 6th.

12:45 PM: We alerted everyone to BFLY yesterday morning in the stock notes. Today, BFLY is the #2 percentage point gainer on the NASDAQ, up 23.48%!!!

Another stock we have been discussing in the stock updates area is GOAM. GOAM is the #3 percentage point gainer on the NASDAQ today, up 22.55%.

BFLY is in play this morning after announcing its first million dollar day with customers ordering more than one million dollars of merchandise on Monday, December 11.

ISV is topping it's pattern, closing in on $1.97.

FPP is up $0.10 to $2.11 appearing to have hit a bottom yesterday at $1.80 and reversing higher today.

12:20 PM: CTLM is finally moving, up $0.30 to $2.26, or 15.31%, off its bottoming level. We have a 1 - 2 month $3.00 target on this one. It's making a late surge.

12:15 PM: MAMA is up 39.66% today to $3.31 after launching video search.

PTT is up 6.30% to $4.05. PTT is up 139% since our profile on August 22nd of this year.

2:00 PM: NMKT released significant news today regarding a dividend payout by the end of the first quarter. NMKT is up $0.03 to $0.35 on 1.65 million shares traded. We were commenting heavily on NMKT before the Town Hall meeting when the stock was down at $0.28, a 25% gain so far. We expect NMKT to move even higher especially with their plan to stabilize supply to squeeze naked shorts out of the stock.

12:45 PM: Yesterday was a light trading day and today is light as well with Christmas three days away. Consumer spending was higher in November, but falling on deaf ears today.

3:00 PM: FFHL hit a low of $10.20 this morning and is now up $1.60 to $11.85. FFHL is in the top 10 of the NASDAQ price percentage gainers list. We expect FFHL to reach #1 on the highest percentage point gainers list sometime in the near future.

3:15 PM: MAMA has become such a huge momentum play. We profiled MAMA earlier this year as a long-term strong buy at $2.86. MAMA reached a high of $8.60 today, up 200% since our profile in February of this year.

9:51 AM: LOCM is higher $0.50 this morning to $5.10. As stated yesterday, we expect LOCM to reach $6.00. MAMA is also higher 9.85% continuing its amazing run the last nine trading days.

10:00 AM: RBAK is up $3.83 to $25.00 this morning. We profiled RBAK over two years ago on June 2nd, 2004 at $5.00 as a long-term strong buy. RBAK is now a 400% gainer since that profile. Ericsson agreed to acquire Redback Networks for $2.1 billion in cash.

10:05 AM: TGB received attention yesterday and will receive more if it can break through $3.00.

Tuesday, December 19

2:05 PM: Watch LOCM, formerly INCX, they own Local.com. Search engine stocks have been becoming hot and LOCM volume has increased the last three days. LOCM appears undervalued compared to MAMA and other small search engine companies. LOCM could break out to $6.00 within the next two to five trading days. LOCM broke through resistance at $4.57 today and should trade year high volume.

10:30 AM: FFHL hit a high of $18.43 near the open. The stock has traded significant volume between $16.00 and $18.00. Right now, FFHL is settling in with support at $16.80 and a four day closed market period approaching. Several dynamics are in play causing huge volatility.

12:05 PM: China stocks are receiving great attention again today. HIHO is up over 10% to $4.28. CAAS is up over 14% to $12.98. FFHL would be in the green today if it wasn't for such a huge run higher yesterday.

FFHL is up $1.84 to $14.84.

2:20 PM: PACT, another China play we follow, is up 12.50% today.

The China market was up huge during its last session spilling over to the US in a major way today.

FPP is up $0.31 to $2.36 or over 15% with oil and natural gas higher today. FPP is the #2 gainer on the AMEX. We profiled it on the first of this month as a short-term strong buy. This is the most serious breakout FPP has had in a while. FPP easily broke through its 50-day moving average of $2.22.

Gold is higher as well today, up 6.6 to 636.9.

The NASDAQ is about to turn into the green for the day.

2:54 PM: FFHL just hit $15.74, up $2.74 on the day or 21.07%.

4:05 PM: FFHL closed up $4.50 to $17.50, up 34.6% on the day, with huge momentum going into tomorrow! China stocks are so hot right now, FFHL had an EFUT type of day today.

EFUT was our November 7th short-term strong buy stock pick that moved from $11.47 to $49.90 in ten trading days.

FFHL is fundamentally strong and showing similar huge potential.

This includes the LOI to acquire an oil field services company with expected 2007 revenue to exceed $2 million. The second LOI is the merger with ESP Resources, Inc. of Houston, TX. This merger is expected to lead to $10 million in 2007 revenue.

Make sure to read both press releases, LOI #1 and LOI #2. Due diligence is being completed at this time and should be near completion.
