We believe BCON is in a nice position to reward investors. BCON announced mid-afternoon yesterday that the U.S. Department of Energy awarded BCON a $24 million grant in smart grid stimulus.

This grant from the DOE to BCON will provide 50% of construction costs for a 20 MW flywheel energy storage plant in Chicago!

This grant was the 4th largest out of the 16 energy storage grants announced today! This is big news!

The Chicago 20 MW flywheel energy storage plant in Chicago is the second 20 MW regulation plant that BCON plans to put into operation! BCON has begun work on their 20 MW regulation plant in Stephentown, NY already.

We first discovered on November 1st of 2004 at $0.48 and it moved to $5.35 in less than 10 months! That's a 1000%+ gain!!!

We would not be shocked to see BCON make that type of percentage point move again as they are possibly entering unbridled growth both domestically and overseas!

The Department of Energy has shown a major liking to BCON's flywheel regulation plants! This cannot be downplayed and neither can their technology!

We believe BCON is ready to start an uptrend and investors could look back on BCON and wonder why they didn't notice its huge potential under $1.00.

4:15 PM: One of our Stock Picks from late last year, Cerner Corporation (CERN), closed up over 10% today, moving $5.19 to $53.63! CERN reported that its first quarter profit rose 11%, topping Wall Street expectations, on higher revenue from support and maintenance services. We first discovered CERN at around $35, less than five months ago. CERN has been up 55% since then!

We don't see anyone else like us that has discovered this stock! We are very excited about discovering CERN before others back in December of last year! CERN stands to benefit in a big way from President Obama's adminstration's healthcare reforms! CERN has room to move higher from here with a market cap of only around $4.30 billion right now.

7:30 AM: On March 4th of this year, we posted some stock speculation on NTES within our SpeculationBoard under the "Stock Speculation" forum. We discovered a story that identified Netease as working on a partnership with Activision Blizzard to bring their games to China.

At the time, NTES was trading at $20.89. NTES going into today's trading day is trading at $29.79. We could now see NTES move even more.

Earlier this morning, NTES reported huge news that Blizzard Entertainment is partnering with NetEase to bring a fuller online experience to Chinese World of Warcraft® players. The term of the agreement is for 3 years following expiration of Blizzard's current agreement with NCTY.

9:30 PM: NTES closed at $30.80 today, up over $1.00 on the Blizzard Entertainment deal.

AOB, a China stock we mentioned last night in this Stock Hub, trended higher today, up $0.29 to $4.78 or 6%+. We believe we could see it eclipse the $5.00 level soon.

Another China stock we mentioned last night, MHJ moved up $0.17 to $2.32.

Its first quarter earnings season right now. ATVI reported this morning that their March quarter net revenues and earnings are tracking ahead of prior outlook. We believe ATVI is attractive at its current price level of $10.13.

9:30 PM: A couple new China stocks moved today that we have followed in the past: FFHL (up 41%+) and MHJ (up 7%).

Check out AOB, it broke out of its range today, up $0.21 to $4.49 and it could be heading to fill out its chart above $5.20. AOB also has 50-day moving average support below at $4.14.

Our stock pick from last night, CGA, held up today and reached another new high in its uptrend, reaching $5.00. We believe we could see a decent move out of CGA tomorrow. Take a look at its stock chart.

7:00 PM: China stocks have been moving up lately. GRRF and SORL have both had 100%+ moves since early March. Another China stock, EFUT has not moved as drastically and is still below its 200-day moving average.

Stem cell stocks, GERN and STEM are starting to move again. We expect stem cell stocks to become big plays again. Here is the link to our article on Stem Cell Stocks for 2009.

ATVI traded down today and hit its 50-day moving average at $10.02 before closing at $10.07. We believe ATVI's 50-day moving average is acting as support and that its current level is possibly a respectable entry point for its next leg higher.

A couple mining stocks on the move are DNN and NSU. NSU has recently crossed solidly through both its 200-day and 50-day moving averages.

QCOR, a pharmaceutical company, has been rebounding and is close to moving above its 50-day moving average with its 200-day moving average within reach as well.

Many of you may have noticed the big move in stem cell stocks the last couple of trading days on the potential that the federal stem cell policy could be changed by executive order by President Obama.

We have written two articles on taking advantage of a big move in stem cell stocks. The first article we published was on February 1st titled "Discover Stem Cell Stocks before the Hedge Fund." This article was written while the Primary elections were ongoing as President Obama was picking up major momentum and we identified that he released a statement of support for stem cell research.

On October 15th, we reiterated our belief that stem cell stocks would move big in 2009 with our release titled "SpeculatingStocks.com Starts Coverage of Stem Cell Stocks for 2009."

The two main stem cell stocks we discussed were GERN and STEM. At that time, GERN was trading at $3.04 and STEM was trading at $0.99.

In yesterday's trading session, GERN reached a high of $8.47, up 178% since we discussed it in our second release on stem cell stocks. STEM reached $3.07 yesterday, up 210% since our second article release.

Feb. 1, 2008 - 9:00 PM (Revised on Feb. 13) - We believe stem cell stocks are going to get a huge amount of attention this year.

Stem cell stocks are companies that research and develop stem cells or enable the use of stem cells by doctors and hospitals.

Stem cells are unspecialized cells that give rise to a specific specialized cell. As you'll discover, just from the definition, stem cells can revolutionize the field of regenerative/reparative medicine. Stem cells are extremely powerful and can dramatically change how we treat various diseases.

There are two kinds of stem cells from animals and humans (embryonic and adult stem cells). Embryonic stem cell research has been a hot topic and a research funding and support bill that came out of Congress under the current Presidency was vetoed. The President vetoed the bill based on strong beliefs against embryonic stem cell research. His beliefs are backed by many congressmen and citizens across the United States.

We are starting to see stem cell stocks move, but we believe this is just the beginning. Stem cell stocks have been severely hampered by policy and lack of funding and support over the past several years. These are a few reasons why we have not seen stem cell stocks breakout huge.

The 2008 Democratic Presidential Primary is shaping up to be a race between Senator Hillary Clinton and Senator Barack Obama and this is great for stem cell stocks. Senator Hillary Clinton has promised to overturn President Bush's restrictions on federal funding for embryonic stem cell research. Senator Barack Obama has released a statement of support for stem cell research on his Senate page. Senator Barack Obama believes we should expand and accelerate research using embryonic stem cells, just as we should continue to explore the viability of adult stem cell use and cord blood use.

The 2008 Republican Presidential Primary front runner is Senator John McCain. Senator McCain has long supported embryonic stem cell research on embryos that would otherwise be discarded during assisted reproduction, but has been receiving pressure from the Republican base to drop support for embryonic stem cell research.

Investors are just starting to price all of this future potential into stem cell stocks. We believe stem cell stocks have a large amount of upside ahead.
